The employee was taking orders and he was in the window was amazing and helpful. He was very polite. I now can use my app thank – you for doing ur job amazing. Food was good and service was fast. I ordered on the mobile app like they try to push you to do. I wanted to switch my two small fries for 2 small onion rings. The app does not allow you to do it. I tried calling the store there was no answer. Upon going to the store pick up my mobile order I asked if I could switch to onion rings. I was told I woukd short their inventory even though you cannot do it on on the application. I didn’t even argue I was just like okay very nice of them to accommodate I guess it’s NIT your way at Burger King LOL I will

Clearly this is for burger King headquarters to make sure and monitor and take action you have employees speaking different languages outloud while other employees do not understand as for this server that was presently eating I couldn’t get over how insulting it was for me for those who didn’t understand . In the past week I have been there and I didn’t feel that I was getting a good service, but today 5/1/21 it overflow the cup. They was rude in the drive thru and when I pick up my order it was incomplete. I was missing 2 whopper. My order was 88 at 10:09 pm. This is why I hate drive thru because face to face she will not be rude.
