Clean updated location and service was friendly. Food was consistent for a BK and good overall quality for a chain restaurant.

I was surprised to see a croissantwich and medium homefry with bottle water now costs $9. Sort of steep considering options available from other breakfast restaurants.

Oh well. We’d stop back in here again if we needed to. Thanks.

Do NOT trust this place to make your food. Several times now I have placed mobile orders that were not fulfilled, and this last time the store manager refused to refund me altogether. I was offered a coupon for less than the value of my missing order, and I was flat-out denied a refund to my original payment method despite not receiving what I paid for. The manager, Carlos, is hands-down the most rude and vulgar employee I’ve ever had to interact with at any food establishment and made this entire process intolerable. I’ve had to file a charge back to receive my refund, which is absolutely ridiculous. Zero stars, literally go ANYWHERE else and you’ll be happier.

What over priced slop. No wonder they never have a line. $18 for 3 SMALL onion rings. There were FIVE rings per bag. So they are almost $5 PER BAG. Of 5 onion rings. The guy at the drive thru also only answered with “yup” several times when I tried to voice a sort of annoyance.
When you can get a full meal at 99for cheaper than 3 small onion rings at a fast food dump like this place something is VERY wrong with our system.
Do not plan to be back unless those prices drop or their quality sky rockets because this food was worse than any fast food around. My “value menu” burger was cold and the rings were soggy and the jerk couldn’t care less.

Menu needs more affordable and healthy options. Most options are loaded with saturated fat! Lunch must be affordable. We look for deals before going to a drive through. Side orders and drinks should be at least a dollar cheaper.

I do love the food at this location, order from here regularly, but recently they changed the hours of operation. They close so early now that I can’t order anything for lunch most days!
I don’t drive so I have to order through DoorDash, so I check if their open and place an order. 5-6 minutes later I get a cancelled notification cause they close at 12 now? What is the point?

I have been watching the economy and the stock market and really had a hard time believing that BK franchise’s were struggling so much all because of forced re-models? No Unfortunately

After our order tonight I understand and we are done!

Everything was horrible except for the Hershey pie and soda. We ordered rodeo cheeseburgers the patty was very thin,The onion rings were very small & pathetic no taste And last but not least there was hardly any bbq sauce on the burger was very dry and no taste a total disappointed.Last but not least the Chicken sandwich see photo. Yuk!

Unfortunately the food at BK has turned into low grade dog food.

I feel bad for the guy on sandwich boards on friday afternoon. This worker was amazing the sandwich look liked the photo. I asked the GM this blonde hair gentlemen to give the person who made my sandwich my 5 dollars because you can see their crew is never complimented. He had gone on break and the female manager who was bagging when I received the sandwiches was now on the boards. The GM wouldn’t of know who was on boards because he was to involved in a personal call when I order my food and went out the side door to take it. Turned around handed it to the manager who just got on boards at the time and gladly shoved it in her pocket.

I hope the gentlemen who should of received my tip get blessed by God because I know for a fact being a former GM from a different franchise that managers are suppose to receive tips and on top of that shame on you for doing that to the crew member who actually deserve. I’m sorry to the crew member who didn’t receive the tip I gave for you. I will pray God blessed you.

I had probably the weirdest experience ever going through the drive thru here for breakfast. The person taking your order has…a lot of emotions. It would’ve been ok, albeit a little off-putting, if my biscuit didn’t look quite like this sloppily made mess.

This Burger King was better than many locations and had a friendly and attentive cashier. The burger was a little cold and the drink station needed to be cleaned. The service was fast.
