top of the building looks like a diesel locomotive due to the grease traps being cleaned once every 10 years probably, and Will happily just ignore you at the window not take your order and then when they do, they will put 42 teaspoons of mayo on one sandwich.

Went through the drive through at about 8pm. No line, was told to pull forward and wait. We waited about 5 minutes tops then our food came out. We ordered 4 chicken wraps and two were eaten in the car, in the dark and did not taste as crunchy as usual. We get home, go to eat the other two wraps and there’s a fatty consistency in the first bite. I spit it out and looked at the chicken I had just eaten and it was completely raw. Mind you, I’m 7 months pregnant. Tried to call the store and no one bothered picking up after 5 minutes of the phone ringing.

Ordered a whopper here today, got home with my food and found out that my whopper is red. tried to google as to why i would have a red whopper, could not find any info, any promotions, any discussion about a red whopper for the month of July, 2025. I just decided to throw it out since I could not for life of me figure out what the hell I was even about to consume. Tried to call the establishment, their automated phone system literally just hangs up on you. It is truly remarkable how they manage to screw up the order 100% of the time. The online support is also not helping whatsoever so good luck getting a refund. Apparently it takes 24-48 business hours for someone to contact you to let you know why your food is neon red. Absolutely insane for a public “restaurant” to not be able to tell you what they served you. I’ll never return to this establishment or any BK for that matter, absolutely disgusting behavior and disgusting food on top of that.

Staff is rude and never social. They throw your food at you and walk away from the window, which is your cue to drive off. The worst part is the negativity doesn’t stop there. After eating their room temperature food, I regretful spend too much time expelling their food from my body on the toilet! It’s never worth the time, or hassle and definitely not worth a septic pumping!

App never work like 2 years. They don’t honor app even coupons sometimes. Including with big sign advertising. See pic attached.
Slow. Unprepared. Half time you need pull all around to front door & wait forever. Even with nobody behind you in line. WHY? Terrible customer service. I’m done. Franchise owner never answers, no voicemail. Managers don’t care. Unfortunately it’s the only BK around. Sucks for them. New competition been opening up. THIS IS PROBABLY WHY I HEARD HALF B.K.s CLOSING DOWN IN CT.

Very, very slow service! One time I went through the drive thru and the guy forgot to collect payment from me. I was tempted but I’m an honest person and told him I hadn’t paid yet when he told me to have a good day.
