This is literally the only b.k that I will go to in hartford. The food is always fresh, the staff is extremely fast. I’ve never had anything missing from my order or messed up at all. The staff is extremely nice and the two managers are always on point with service.

Food is ALWAYS fresh and the staff is always fast, polite and efficient, especially the breakfast crew. I work at the PO down the street and it is very convenient when in a time crunch. They’ll always get my business over the mcdonalds in the same plaza!

Went to go retrieve my rewards for my FREE cookies with my order and she just looked at me and told me my 6 digit code wouldn’t work even tho I know it would have EXTREMELY LAZY and now I have no cookies and I’m cranky thank you !!!

While the service at this Burger King was slower than expected, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean seating area. The food was entirely adequate. I got the impression that the drive-thru was much faster than placing an order at the counter and dining in.

Burger kings are supposed to have wifi. I just paid $10 for a fiery chicken sandwich, and almost $3 for a soda but can’t even get wifi, let alone a place to charge my device. For as much as these fast food restaurants are charging and the usually long wait time because they refuse to hire, they should be offering more to customers. Otherwise, I give them 5 stars for cleanliness.

I used to come here often, but stopped because the food wasn’t always good. But the food has been so good. The buns are soft and warm. Cheese melted perfectly. Meat tender and tasty. Veggies fresh. Fries hot and perfectly salted. Drinks full with a good balance of ice and soft drink. The cookies are fresh. And the customer service is on point. You don’t feel rushed to order. Only reason it wasn’t a full five star is because the drive thru is right to drive thru.
