Didn’t even get the food. The lady was so rude and didn’t understand me I repeated a number to her 11 times on the website from the phone continue to ask me what the number was so finally after 150 tries Gaten number of so I pull up to get my food, and she asked me where it is, she where she put the sugar and I told her inside the coffee she said that she did not want to put the sugar inside the coffee today and she ran out of iced coffee point-blank speaking route service. I will never eat there in my life I moved on and went to Dunkin’ Donuts cross street.

Generally great food really filling but had un toasted sourdough bread on my sandwich i waited 15 mins and paid $25 for 2 meals. Generally worth it but they have been price gouging and are no longer reasonably priced fast food neither fast nor cheap.

I decided to stop here before work i ordered the chicken finger meal with a hamburger. Eating my food on the way to work I notice my onion rings are so hard it’s like the refried them twice. So I immediately call the store to complain. After calling about 6 times they finally pick up. I explain to the manager my issues and she says well I can’t refund you if your not here. So I say I can’t come back I’m on my way to work. So she says I’ll write your name down and you can come back. I ask will she be there ? She says I don’t need to be here and hung up. Two days later I go there and the manager for today says what was the name of the manager and where is my receipt. Which I have neither because I thought the manager already wrote done my name as she said. So the lady starts calling other managers and they both say no they didn’t talk to anyone. This whole operations is just unacceptable had they had the same procedure when food is going out I wouldn’t have hard onions rings (hard and old).I couldn’t believe it
