I’ve been to a dozen BKs in central CT, this place tops the list. Warm in the winter, ridiculously clean, friendly and personable employees, food well made quickly and made presentable. Spacious and warmly lit interior, straight out of a commercial. Airport lounges don’t come this nice. Go go

It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good experience at Burger King. I was not expecting this is to be so enjoyable! First of all, I’ve got a broken ankle with a big ol’ boot and a crutch to get around and they brought everything out to the table for me and I didn’t even ask! So nice! They answered all of my dumb questions about the new special meal with a smile, and didn’t judge me one bit, very informative and accommodating! And it was the cleanest Burger King I’ve been in in a long time! I dunno if I just caught them on a good day or if this is how they always run their ship, but color me impressed!

One of the better Burger Kings in the Area. I have gone during lunch rush and later in the night. Around 9 PM. The food comes out fast. The staff is polite and friendly. The sandwiches are fresh and what I would expect from a better run Burger King. They make a very good Whopper, Original Chicken, and Fish sandwich here.The Onion Rings are very good at this location also. I have tried many different combinations of these 4 items here and I have never been disappointed. If I’m in the mood for B.K I come to this location most of the other are not as good. I

Was over charged for my order. Went back for a refund and the manger on duty, Brenda, refused to do the refund. Receipt and card in hand.
I asked for manager contact information and she was unable to provide.
First time eating here in YEARS, and will definitely be last. Shady business.

Every Burger King I go to has chicken egg & cheese croissant for breakfast. This one told me you can’t do that . I showed them 4 different receipts from other Burgers kings that serve them and 3 of them had it 2 for $5. They wouldn’t even try to make it. I told them they could price it at whatever price I would pay for it. They just kept saying we can’t do that.

I would like to know, why is that people in the back making food have gloves on. But nobody in the front has them on? The guy handled my fries with bare hands. The same hands he counts cash with. I don’t even touch my own food with bare hands if I was doing something else prior.
