No line, and still made us wait just to serve this bullshit. Save your money and do not go to this location. Burnt burgers, dried out fries and onion rings, just an absolute waste of money. Spent $40 worth of food and the only thing fresh was the chicken sandwich. Just terrible.

Empty drive thru. Still took 20 minutes to get my food. Drive through attendant was exceedingly rude. Got my order wrong and I had to wait 15 more minutes for them to give me the items they forgot. Do not go to this burger king. Better off at the McDonald’s down the street

This restroom was the worst experience I’ve had. I couldn’t eat cause if the bathroom was like that I can’t imagine the kitchen being any cleaner. I told the female employee that was at the counter but it seemed like she didn’t care at all. I’ll never come again to this establishment. I understand Hartford in general is filthy bit this Burger King definitely took the crown….

First off, I want to congratulate this burger king, the first one year anniversary this place is immaculate, especially even on night shift behind the counter was spotless. The tables were all clean the tan floors. We’re all scrubbed, and y’all know I do my investigations, the manager or honor.

If you’re looking you’re looking for a nice, comfortable place to sit down and eat with the family. This is a great place or just by yourself. To read a book, use your laptop. There is plenty of parking and plenty of tables and bye high tables side tables. Metal tables for you to choose from. And this is the afternoon night time. So I just want to give a lot of credit to the people who supervise this establishment in business franchise. Thank you for keeping it clean for the community that lives around it. This is what the ideal of maintaining community happiness is all about. You. Will see when you go there again? Thank you guys for running a proper business

We went to the Burger King at 914 New Britain Avenue, Hartford, CT 06105 and I ordered a bacon cheese Whopper and the lettuce that was on the sandwich was the white part of lettuce, no green pieces, there was a gob of mayonnaise and the bacon was not cooked. You could tell the employee that made this sandwich could care less about the quality of their work to even give this poorly made sandwich to a customer! Shame on you!

Fries way too salty fish was good but small. Me and my husband spent 22$ on 2 large meals and the fries large was bad quality and way too salty and hard. Next time they should have their fries fresh and not as salty .

LMAO. almost $6 for a small shake. it’s unreal the prices. people used to go to burger king & mcdonald’s because it WAS CHEAP. no one goes to these places because it’s good food LOL. but what’s the point of paying $12-$16 for a “fast food” meal when you can get a whole dinner plate from a quality restaurant for THE SAME PRICE. especially when your never getting fresh or even satisfactory food from BK. soggy, fries and rings, cold burgers.. nuggets that have been sitting out for an hour.
best part is, they say “fresh” but yet they microwave the sandwiches after they make em, to serve them hot to people.
FRESH FOOD DOESNT COME OUT OF WRAPPER SCALDING YOUR MOUTH because it was microwaved so long. .
