This Burger King location sets the gold standard. Manager Troy and team members Justin, Brian, and Angel are truly terrific. Every single time I place an order, I’m greeted with genuine enthusiasm and politeness—it never feels rushed or routine. The food is consistently top-notch: extra crispy hash browns, perfectly toasted buns, and burgers that are never soggy. Quality and consistency clearly matter here, and it shows in every detail. Hands down, this is the best and most consistently excellent Burger King I’ve EVER visited in the state of Connecticut. Keep up the amazing work!

This particular location has typically had friendly staff and fairly quick service. The food is fine, what you would expect of a Burger King, as long as you don’t have any customizations. Seems like they just slap whatever they have ready that is closest to what you order in a bag and call it a day. Customizations are rarely, if ever, fulfilled when ordered through the app.

-lightning fast
-wrapped all of my food airtight with cleverly torn wrappers, which made the humidity from the meat SUBTLY soak into the bread, making it softer/taste so much FRESHER
-sandwiches ingredients were NOT skimped in any way!
-asked if i had everything i need, wanted any sauces
-wished me well, to drive safe =]

Not a lot of fast food places can hold there own, but this one is OK. Manager is so very kind. Knows all of her regulars by name. Even us strangers, she made sure to let us know that service was coming. Always had a smile, or a kind word. Even brought our food over while taking orders and greeting people.
She is one of the best.

The food was as delicious as I had hoped it would be! My mother wanted it “her way” and in true BK fashion, she got it her way! She even tried to order “her way” but her way is the wrong way imo, so I corrected her. The nice man taking our order was gonna let her order it “her way” though. Because he is a kind person. But I was having none of it! (To be clear, if you’re ordering a combo, clearly state that first so the person taking your order can start entering it correctly. She was trying to be all like “I want a whopper jr. No pickles. Cheese…. etc.” Then at then at the end she was planning on finally mentioning the combo part. This would have caused unnecessary chaos and pandemonium. It is inefficient and that is unacceptable!!) So, anyway, moving on. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. And as I hinted at earlier, the guy who took our order was fantastic. Very friendly and funny.

Like others have said, and I’ve even seen people talk about it on Reddit, and social media, this is the best Burger King in Connecticut. It should get some recognition on a statewide level for that. And it’s because the staff here do a really good job, and they’re all happy to be there it seems. When Burger King is good, it’s goooood. The food here tastes so good, it’s always hot, and fresh, and if they screwed up an order it’s because they misunderstood something you ordered. And the staff is always extremely polite, and pleasant.

Doesn’t tell you when they’re out of anything- they’ll just throw something else in the bag and not tell you about it- missing 4 things I ordered. And this is just one example. I’ll never forget the one time I waited in the drive thru and was ignored for 30 minutes. 2 people looked dead in my eyes and walked away. This spot is not it. 10/10 don’t recommend. TRASH ️ can of an establishment. If it’s franchised the owner should be very embarrassed- if it’s corporate I’ll not surprised if this doesn’t get deleted off the review page. Truly deplorable service for the money spent.

If Burger King corporate is reading these reviews, the wait times here are just a little longer than average at times but it is always worth the wait.
I have never received a cold sandwich here, they are always cooked to order so they are hot and juicy.
Very nice staff at all times, just a great experience.
May sound funny about fast food but it is true at this location.
