Please be aware before going to this Burger King. I have lived in this area for eight years and never had one single good experience from the food quality to service. It would be better off going somewhere else you will get sick or sworn out sometimes both at the same time.

I went to the drive thru last night at 500pm
My complaints are fir the store manager because you are responsible for the store.
The ordering process at the menu was terrible because the voice activated microphone was not working well so the girl couldn’t hear my order.
The coke was water the tank needed to be changed. The fries and onion rings were so salty I threw them in the garbage. The hamburgers were terrible, cold, enough ketchup for 5 burgers on 1. Bread old. Threw them in the garbage. The 8 chicken nuggets were cold and the was only 7 tasted terrible, in the garbage.
Really bad disappointed and will never go back. Store manager wake up and take control of your store.

This Burger King is so Horrible I live in Manchester. I literally have to drive to Hartford when I want Burger King because Every time I go there, they screw up on my order. I’m allergic to mayonnaise so I always tell them no mayonnaise and they always put mayonnaise, Food is never fresh, And their customer service is probably worse than the food.

Staff your locations better. There’s no reason there’s only two people working on a Friday evening. Your poor staff are trying their hardest and now dealing with pissed customers. I waited over a half hour, unacceptable.

This is the best Burger King around !!! I go here at least twice a week for lunch. The food is always hot and fresh . Fast service and clean . I was there the other day and it was so busy the team members were still friendly and fast and the store was clean and stocked .

It’s Kurger Bing, what do you expect? This ain’t some Michelin star restaurant, you get what you pay for, and that is some so-called meat plaster between a turmeric bun. Also why is the bun like as yellow as it is? The bun looks like it went to a neon rave and decided to go back to work the next day.

Honestly this Burger King shines out amongst the other competition in the area. I don’t know if it was the GM or if it was just the girl at the register but she was really controlled handling some very difficult customers. The food is fantastic as is true about most Burger Kings. Choose this before you choose. Wendy’s, Taco Bell, McDonald’s etc.
