Great place! Came in just before 2 today for lunch and I placed a whopper wednesday meal order on the app. When I came to pick it up it was ready and I was helped immediately by a sweet woman with glasses. The food was ready when I walked in and it was still hot by the time I got back home to eat. My whopper was great and the fries were crispy and salted. They also followed my beverage instruction when I put in light ice on the app. It was a great deal having a $17 meal for $7.50 and I’ll be coming back next Wednesday!

If I could give this location no stars I would ! I went today for some breakfast and when I pulled up through the drive through I was told to hold for a moment. Which was fine but then realized 10 min went by and there was no cars. I said hello countless of times and then reversed and drove up again to maybe notify them I was still at the drive through. And nothing ! I proceeded to drive to the window and no one was inside. This was such a bad experience I will never try to get breakfast again at this location. MCDONALDS is the way to go !

I don’t know if it is the manager that is there on the weekday nights, but she got too many rules. Everytime we go there, there’s a problem. I’ve never had this issue at this restaurant before or any other. But when you ask for a burger fresh or off the broiler, she pushes back and says they’re all fresh or you have to come inside. Can’t do in drive thru. Then she wouldn’t let us do 2 orders, this is never an issue. She just says no to everything and always makes a problem. Rude.

As an active duty military service member I am utterly disgusted by the way this establishment’s staff treats their customers! I simply asked for a discount and the employee didn’t want to give me one so she then ran off to get the manager where she then went off rudely and refused to give me a discount. When she handed my food out, it was cold, and they forgot my sauce. This is a joke Burger King! NEVER am I eating at another one of your establishments ever again. Thank you for your service…I guess.

Don’t laugh, this is hands down our favorite Burger King. I know that seems strange, how different could they really be? Well, the service here is always top notch, kind friendly staff that goes above and beyond. The ingredients are always fresh. They never feel like they’ve been sitting around and it actually looks like the Burger King food you expect from the commercials.

At 1:09 pm on 10/11 on Saturday the cashier was bad and she told us that we were crazy and didn’t want to help us and after that she told her worked that was it hard to the order while I’m trying to save more time. Please don’t come at this time or else you may receive a bad costumer service. The rest was good expect her.

Bought a double Texas Whooper meal which came out horrible from appearance and taste. The meat was not grilled but more like microwave. It was soggy!!! Where is the bacon?! A hamburger would have tasted better. This is a franchise operated by a very stingy owner! Condiments is extra! The last time I was here I ordered two orders of cookie and they forgot it. They wanted .25$ for sauce? The place looks rundown and not well maintained. It needs a major makeover and new owner / management.

i came in today to order food. there was no one in the lobby except me. the manager (female)acknowledged me, however i wasn’t ready at the time to order. (still looking at the menu). shortly after i decided what i was going to get and waited for someone to service me, an older man came in the lobby, cut me in line, and place his order. when i said i was there first, he still proceeded to take his order and the manager watched and didn’t say anything. when it was my time to order, she didn’t apologize or acknowledge that i was there first and waiting to be served. not good service at all.

The hispanic Cashier/Manager waited until I was about to speak to her to walk away and speak to someone else and pretended I wasnt there. The guy bagging had to help me while she made jokes in Spanish and ignored customers. This was as 2pm on a Wednesday nov 5th that woman is lazy and not good at her job.

Judging by the rest of the comments this has been going on for years. Stay away
