This place is a disaster, stay away. Do not order online because when you arrive at the restaurant they will be out of stock of at least 50% of the stuff you ordered and they don’t know how to cancel/refund your order, you will have to spend days emailing online support.

Whenever I’m craving Burger King I drive from Newington Connecticut to Bristol I have never in my entire life had a Whopper that looks exactly like they represent in the picture but at this location I do every single time the staff is always friendly and honestly ONLY Burger King that has whoppers this HUGE!!! I ordered from the BK app at 10:38. They close at 12am. I was delayed helping a guy stuck with his car. Got to drive through 11:30, nobone answered. Went ti Window no one came even though I saw a guy. After a long time they came to the window with an attitude and said maybe if I ordered sooner, they don’t have anything now.

Can’t believe how many 5 stars this establishment has received. I have lived in Bristol for 11 yrs. I love BK. I HATE farmington ave BK. I have literally had “1” correct meal givin to me since I moved here. Again,11 yrs at an average of 3x a month if not more. It may seem like not alot but it is for fast food considering order issues basically everytime. Other huge issue, website says hrs open are until at least midnight on weekends, however I tried calling (and this is everytime after 10pm) at 1010 tonight and NOT to my surprise, no answer. Not sure who owns this BK BUT, you are losing alot of money with the staff you have and them shutting down early. Are the still on the clock???

Got coupons in the mail and used some. Did not like the food, that’s a BK problem, not this specific store. 1 employee doing everything, had no problem with them. Management has chosen to overwork this person with no support and that reflects poorly on BK. The 1 employee was great, which is why I didn’t rate this lower, Management is gone or behind the scenes not helping with customer service

Placed an online order a half hour before closing. The order was accepted and paid for, but the workers at the restaurant refused to answer the drive thru intercom and actually HID when we drove up. Unacceptable. You should serve up until your closing hours. Closing is for after customers are welcome. Shame on you.
