Really had bad experience. From ordering to Getting food, they are like So Rude and Rushing like we customer never exist that time. Guy was not giving me enough time to look the menu. And they made food without any Hat or gloves. And when i get the food They missed my 1 item. Really bad. Manager should take care of this Thing really good.

I went there with my husband last night. We normally have a good experience. Not this time. The cashier takes the order from the customer in front of us, then my husband’s, and then disappears to work drive thru. It was a good 10 minutes before someone finally took my order. The drive thru wasn’t even that busy. I understand being short staffed, but close the lobby if that’s the case!

Went prior and then just went today because I saw it got trashed on a local group on Friday 5/9/25 at around 1 and big difference.
Got the coupons in the mail so got the 2 Whopper Jr and 2 Fries for 6.50 meal. Fries were hot and fresh..but the one that was doing the drive-thru definitely made my day. Rarely…if ever..in fast food places do you see someone who acts like they enjoy their job and are fun…younger girl (in 20’s maybe) with glasses who did the order taking..all the fast food places need people like her.

This place needs good management you can tell buy the lack of professionalism from the staffs and how they talk to customers ( younger employees). Drive way is alway down just like the ice machine that has not been working for about 8 months. Plus on top of that the food prep people play with there phones while having gloves on. Every time I come in I’m never greeted they just look at you and don’t acknowledge you until they are doing what they are doing. Also you can’t change anything on the menus what happen to “have it your way” it’s more like take it or leave it. How ever the manager on duty is very good and coaches them.

Would’ve given 4 stars as u ordered ahead picked up, and the food was cold. I asked for a new burger as I didn’t trust it being reheated as it must have been sitting for some time. I was waiting in the lobby for some time, but not long enough for the temperature to matter. The manager and staff were awesome and made it without a problem, but one of the cooks seemed to have thrown a fit about it and gave the manager a hard time. Would probably just go to another location in the future

You ever have a fast food experience that is so horrendous, you never want to eat from that chain again? If that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place for you! She said, “Can you pull to the front? We’re making it fresh!” I don’t believe she knows what that term is, because it tasted like my food had been sitting out for a week. From cold burgers with stale buns to frozen hashbrowns, whoever is putting out inedible food should probably find a different line of work.

I previously reviewed because it was SO bad. But I’ll own up, lately the service at night (only time I go) has been great. My food is always hot and it’s been made right. The wait time isn’t nearly as bad. You can tell sometimes they’re short staffed. The crew member who does the “welcome to BK” message, I believe his name is Valentine (not sure on spelling)you’ll know by the voice. He is phenomenal. He’s quick, super friendly, you can tell he helps with the night crew a lot. Love the improvement!

I made an order off of grubhub, and the only reason this is getting two stars is because they didn’t forget anything. I live not even a mile away yet all the burgers were cold or sort of warm. At least the frys were hot. I am very upset because they burned the buns on our whoppers. How does that happen? It wasn’t a little dark ring around the edge, the top buns were black!
