I don’t usually complain, but I was shocked with the fries we got, I wish I would have noticed before I left the restaurant. My big family was very hungry and was really looking forward to get their meals. We were pretty happy with the burgers. One of my girls ordered just a large fries . Well we basically gave her all our fries so she got something to eat. We ordered 7 medium fries and one large. The amount we got was what you would usually get in a kids meal. We spent $110 to feed our family, spent extra to have medium, and got got very little, of dry old tasting fries. In the picture you will see 1 of 8 fries there was no large what so ever.

Wow! Amazing customer service and one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had a Burger King in a long time!
We’ve had to stay in Maine because of hurricane Milton, but we’re driving back to Florida today and we were overjoyed to be treated so kindly by Kayden and Jacob at the West Gardner Welcome Center. You can’t even fake kindness anymore these guys are hard working and really care about making travelers feel welcome!

We went there around 1am this morning. Seemed like only one guy was working and had a couple annoying patrons. The food came out timely and was hot fresh and on point. Kudos to the person working!

Ordered a burger with toppings but no mustard. Received a burger with no toppings at all. What gives? And, because BK has outsourced the cashiers to touch screens, they can receive many more orders. Unfortunately, they’re so understaffed that as im writing this, there are easily 20+ parties waiting for food. Bad bad bad.

I visited this Burger King for the first time last weekend. The customer service was great and the condiment/drink area was clean and well stocked. The prices were extremely high which I expected as it’s right off the interstate. I ended up paying the same amount for only 2 people as what I would normally pay for 4. If everything had been good with the food I would have given 4-5 stars instead of 1 star.
Now, here’s the reason for the 1 star rating. I’m a vegetarian and actually get really sick if I eat meat. Even before officially becoming a vegetarian, I figured out that my body literally cannot break down meat the same way most other people can. I choose Burger King over other fast food places specifically because of their impossible whopper and the fact that they don’t use meat fat in their fries. I’ve gotten the impossible whopper many many times from multiple different Burger Kings and never had a problem with it. The impossible whopper is actually pretty delicious normally! You can eat a whopper without meat while your friends/family still get their meat options. Win win. So on this day I got my usual impossible whopper, and my daughter who was with me at the time got a regular whopper. Both are labeled as what they are on the wrapper. So I ate my impossible whopper and my daughter ate her regular whopper. I noticed that mine was a bit tough and chewy which I’ve never had happen before. I dismissed it and thought nothing of it until an hour or two later when my stomach started to feel really horrible and almost like a heartburn type of feeling but way worse. Then I ended up puking, and not to get into too much detail, but it looked/felt like it may have potentially been meat.. After quite a few trips to the bathroom, when my stomach had emptied, it started to feel quite a bit better. I ended up having a headache the entire next day which I imagine was probably from whatever parts of that burger my body had already digested before the rest came out. Now, I don’t know if maybe the person that made it may have accidentally put the real whopper in the wrong wrapper on accident, or if that impossible whopper was really old or what. Save yourself a 40+ minute wait and drive to any other BK. Very poorly run. Barely staffed on a Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend.

Last weekend, we reached the service plaza in the late evening hours. This was the only shop opened at that time. The Guy in the counter was very very polite.. He was even allowing us to use the microwave in the shop to heat our own food. We have not used the microwave that’s a different story. Another point to mention is the folger’s coffee. We have been using this coffee brand for years. So we felt like having it at home.. only thing we missed was the regular sugar (only sugar free options were available at that time). Even the person on the counter went and searched for any alternatives for us and finally he was apologizing multiple times for not having a regular sugar.. I am giving this rating only for that wonderful human being!!!

I went into this location for lunch, did not have enough money on my debit card, I had no cash on me. So i canceled the order, they said they would refund me my $18.30 for a chicken sandwich meal. The girl told me it will take 24 to 72 hrs for processing, well 72 hrs later they never refunded the money, I tried calling the location 35 times and the phone is not available at this time please call back at a later time… then I used their contact me on the website and left a detailed message 5 times, no one called me or messaged me and now it’s been over 7 days now it says they will not do a refund over 7 days old. I tractor trailer and can not get back to that location. Burger King has gone down the hill.. I can see now why they have bad reviews now. Never been so disappointed in a Burger place then I am rite now. It’s too bad.

I loved watching the staff have a full on 10 minute conversation whilst my order was ready and waiting. It was spectacular being yelled at in my face as they forgot my drink cup. Whatever, just try to avoid this place if you can.
