They don’t cook the food correctly. They do not listen while going through the drive through. Cheese is never melted on the sandwich. The sandwiches are never cooked fully. The middle is always cold / raw.

Brand new opening , new building. This is what i got for over 4.00 it was not at all like sign. This picture is after i tried to toast more at home. Will try again in a few months but i feel no matter how busy you are when people are paying those prices do the meal right at least grill the bread when i opened bread Barely toasted mostly mushy. Also ordered a cheese burger with ketchup only but got one with pickles and the works so order not even correct. They need to do better for a new store need to close until they have a better grip on things. Not good

Went through the drive through yesterday afternoon and ordered a 2 cheeseburger value meal. Was sharing with my dad. Both of us found the cheeseburgers to be tough and dry. Like they had been made the day before or something. Worst burger I’ve ever had from anywhere. My dad said we should have gone to McDonald’s. I usually don’t have any issues with BK, but this visit was literally a waste of money as we ended up tossing the burgers. Fries were also cold and over cooked. Just an overall bad experience.

This place is not where you want to go if you have specifications. They always fail me. They don’t have cherry coke. They make your order wrong thru the drive-thru and mobile order. I’ve had it with them. The manager had the audacity to say she watched them make the order, but my order was wrong.
