All the fast food restaurants out by the Mall seem to have gone straight to Hell over the past year or so. Most of the time I’ve gone here I’ve gotten pretty decent service and food, but recently this location started getting my orders wrong consistently. And the last time I went there after a workout at Planet Fitness to have a Bacon King as a post-workout meal, there was a big old hair in my last bite. Furthermore, when I stood up and announced this no-one behind the counter seemed even slightly concerned. I’ll be going to a different location from now on.

Extremely rude and no common curiosity. Few weeks ago I went and had to use the restroom , I didnt even get my pants down and got knocking. I said someones in here and not even 30 seconds later an employee was pounding on the door . When I came out they were rude and the person the the other bathroom which they didnt knock on was an employee was in there for several minutes before I entered the one . NOW to today same thing again just got into the bathroom and sat down and they started pounding on the door . Shouldn’t paying customers be able to use the restroom for atleast 2 minutes before you start pounding on the door and pushing them out . Its very unprofessional. Makes me feel like I should go and do it back to the employees who spend 5 to 10 minutes .

Ordered our food at the indoor kiosk. Noticed that employees were rude and ignorant to other patrons that were inside. One lady asked about her order because she had been waiting over 20 minutes. She was told in front of everyone else waiting that “drive-thru was priority”. They were only focusing on completing drive-thru orders and not even trying to do eat in orders. After waiting over 25 minutes after ordering we asked for a refund. The General Manager said she did not know how to do a return for kiosk orders. We left and went somewhere else for food.

Genuinely the worst experience I have had in a fast food environment. The manager was incredibly rude over the drive through intercom “the door is unlocked” upon entering we were then kicked out for using the unmarked “closed” bathrooms. The same manager who was so rude to use then took 20 minutes to refund us, needing help from subordinates on multiple occasions. Terribly run, terribly managed, you could not pay me to eat here again.

Horrible experience. The manager Tracy has zero customer service skills and zero management ability. After waiting 30 minutes we had our order refunded. Almost the entire time the cashier stood there doing nothing. When she had to use the register she did not greet the customer and looked bothered.

Pre ordered food on the Burger King mobile app. Arrived about five minutes later. Five cars ahead of me in line. There must have been a problem or special order for the car at the window for the line did not move for about ten minutes. This franchise needs to have parking spaces for those that need extra time for their order. When I finally got to the window 15 minutes after arriving, the attendants were confused about my order. It took them another three minutes to work it out and get me my food.

Order a chicken sandwich and got home and it had ketchup or some red sauce on. I did not ask for that. Clearly they are not training their employees. The burger I got we soggy. That it. Bye hate BK not that I should be going there anyways. lol.

Of course its BK ..so the food is what’d you expect, but hey we don’t mind getting our 7 $ trio Original chicken sandwich and I I gotta give a shot out to the worker who was on a young guy who gave us some coupons for the things we were getting. Wish more employees of places were like this.
