Went there for breakfast. Food was ok, and made quickly. Did get one sad French toast stick. Staff was alright but our interaction was brief. Truthfully my least favorite burger king, I honestly cried cause I was tired and hungry and ordering just was an unenjoyable experience, no fault to the staff, fully on whoever owns/runs this particular store. The prices are way overcharged. Ive been to busy city BKs and middle of nowhere with no competition BKs and the prices here are crazy. They also dont take the app to earn or spend rewards. They dont have a full menu either for breakfast, not sure about outside of breakfast. They also dont offer small meals. Felt like a waste of people’s money and definitely was a waste of food. Morally makes you feel like a horrible person. So good job BK for making people poorer and emotionally more worn out than we already are in today’s world. Can’t even order a 3pc French toast stick, had to be the 5pc. Guess what, I ate 3/5 of them. Definitely didnt finish all my hashbrowns, I barely finish a small size but was forced to get a medium. Bought less food than at my normal BK and spent probably around $12 more at this one. I would reccomend going anywhere else. Starve and be grouchy for an extra few minutes if you have to, but just skip this place unless youre desperate and/or dont care about high prices. I certainly wont ever be planning to go here again unless the business is sold to a new owner and then I /might/ give it another chance. It really comes down to its already more expensive at this BK than normal, they force you to order at minimum a medium, and they dont have all the regular breakfast items I like.

The lady named Cassie or Kassey (I’m not sure how to spell her name) was amazing! So friendly and provided very efficient service. She seriously deserves a raise! I came here right before they closed and she was still so nice to me when they were clearly cleaning up for the night. I didn’t know what to order right away and she helped me find some delicious vegetarian options. The food was pretty good for fast food, no complaints! Would recommend to anyone feeling hungry on the Maine Turnpike!

Clean, restaurant, and they’re serving it up fast and hot. The guy at the front is pretty funny and pleasant. The kiosks also make it easy to place an order. I didn’t see any highchairs or boosters for littles, but we didn’t ask if they had any either.

My chicken sandwich had salad dressing in it instead of mayo. Very soggy lettuce chicken fries very much pepper and you need sauce for your fries.

Online says they are open 24hours stopped by after a long 12 hour shift around 3am and I was left with my receipt and a note on it saying to get a refund though the app. Super disappointing! Update your hours!

Ordered a whopper jr, onion rings and coke. Received fries (no onion rings – sadly) and a long wait. Suspect it’s pretty uncomfortable to work there and have a line of at least 5+ people staring at you while they’re waiting for their food but they didn’t really seem to function as a team and help each other out – looked like a communication breakdown in an “every person for themselves” thing. Hope it gets better before the tourists arrive for the summer.

People like this young lady Beth are rare, when I asked her when it was to be open the place (she was cleaning) she told me in about a hour but then she asked me what I wanted so I told her and she was like you know what I can do that now and there she was stop what she was doing just to get me what I wanted to eat, I said on the start that people like her are rare because usually they tell you to come back in a hour and they just keep doing what they were doing but she stayed with a smile made my food and even asked me second time to make sure how I wanted my food .
She didn’t only make my food but my night too with the way of doing her job , thank you!!

This is the location off the highway. Absolutely zero personality in the drive through. I say hi and how are you doing and am greeted with silence. Same response when I pull up to the window. Not even a hello. This is the second time I’ve experienced the same situation. The guy just looks at me while I’m talking to him and says zero words. Second, they don’t take the app codes here so prices are through the roof. This place needs to get it together. Food was alright but not superb.

Not a huge burger King fan. This place was off the interstate during our travels. The staff was really friendly. The place was OK and connected to gas station. Just based on workers I would stop here again. It’s usual burger King food so you know what it tastes like. It was hot and I didn’t get sick from it or wrong order. So that’s a huge plus. They did have claw machines if you stop with kids.

Drive thru has not been in working condition for quite a while – which is a key thing at a rest stop. I’ve been to this restaurant several times – around the late dinner hour – usually just one person making food, and the drive thru never seems to be working.
