I am absolutely heartbroken and disgusted by what happened tonight. I ordered a #9 meal from the Burger King in Kittery, Maine, brought it home, and was shocked to find a hair buried in my food. The moment I saw it, my whole appetite vanished. I felt sick.
It’s honestly devastating to spend your hard-earned money on a meal you were looking forward to, only to end up feeling disgusted and upset. Food safety and cleanliness should NEVER be optional. This experience completely shattered my trust in this location.
I truly hope management takes immediate action, because no customer should have to come home, open their meal, and find something so unsanitary and unacceptable. This was beyond disappointing — it was disturbing.

I’m seeing a trend here ⬇️ and it’s absolutely disgusting. Nothing like chewing up someone’s hair for dinner. Zoom in you’ll see it. Finally, got through to the store after being hung up on about eight times and they said nope, no one here has that color hair must be the processing plant. They couldn’t have cared less. Like zero, maybe less than zero. Not a sorry, nope, just like hey it’s not our problem. Summing up this experience, if you enjoy unexpected surprises in your food this is the place to go!

Tired mom went to pick up a mobile order for my kids and the two guys working the drive thru entertained my 4 year old chatting into the speaker and then had crowns ready when we pulled up! They were both so sweet and made my kids feel so special! Thank you guys- you don’t work an easy job and I appreciate you taking time to make my kids smile!!

I stopped by to get a chicken nugget and sanwich meal and wasn’t thorouly impressed. The fries were cold, the sandich was lukewarm as were the nuggets. The shake was alright though. All in all, not the best burgerking I’ve been too and nothing like the one’s in eastern Mass. I gave the food 2 stars.

Woman at drive thru is always sassy. Don’t usually post negative reviews but she is just mean every time. I asked her to wait for just one second because I wasn’t ready to grab my food. Mind you there wasn’t anyone else behind me. She lets out an audible sigh of disappointment and goes to close the window. Sheesh I waited for a couple minutes and she can’t give me 20 seconds to grab the bag of food? I don’t understand the reason the nice gentleman who handed me my drink wasn’t the same one to hand me my food. He is much more friendly. Keep him at the window and send that cranky lady to where she doesn’t have to interact with customers. That is all

20 minutes for a refund
After a less than pleasant experience with a cashier who gave me a false name, I decided to go in and speak with the manager to get my order fixed.
Instead of just replacing the sandwich that the cashier rang up wrong she made us wait to get a refund from the manager who was busy working their backline. Clearly short staffed but it’s no excuse to have an employee of any type so willing to shout at a customer calling them a liar and basically rather would fist fight it out to solve her own aggression issues with a customer. Even the manager had to tell her enough and be quiet. After the manager listened to me she said if she had known all I wanted was a replacement she would have. Damage is done. That’s what happens when you let the cashiers run the store and you run the backline. A circus. Got a refund and went to McDonald’s where the service was amazing.

The rudest and horrible service from night crew on 06/4/25 into 6/5/25 they were so rude to the customers in front of us and to us they acted like put our to take our order. They took 30 min but their food was fresh and banging.

Dining room closes early if open at all and they have chosen to not have offer coupons on the app for this location. Out of principle I will not spend another dollar here until they have the offers and I can dine in.

I go to your location rather often..the girls that have been there the past few times (in the later afternoon) have been really sweet and friendly. I was having a hard day today and by the time I got to the window I was in tears. I hope they see this and know that the little treat and kind words really helped me today…I know food service sucks sometimes, cause I’m in it too..it was a nice reminder that sometimes we just have no idea what people are going through and that the little acts make such a huge difference. Thanks for being that difference in my day, ladies..I appreciate you both!
