I really enjoyed the ChaKing chicken sandwich and was surprised to see that it had been replaced by the Royal Crispy. I’m sure the sandwich could be good just not from here. My sandwich was uninspired and lacked goodness. It was lukewarm and largely dry. Fortunately I had extra royal sauce added to give it a touch of flavor. Fries were cold and drink was as expected. Service was challenging from the start through the drive through. Once I made it to the window I was quickly dispatched. Sadly I didn’t inspect my bag before pulling forward. I didn’t have any napkins or ketchup and everything was cold. I tried to go inside to resolve but the lobby was locked. Not wanting to wait in the drive thru line I went home for ketchup and a microwave to reheat the sandwich and limp fries to save this underwhelming effort.

The last 4 times I have ordered from this location and had it delivered, my order has been right 1 time. Last night I ordered the meal with 4 whoppers upgraded with cheese, 3 hamburgers, and 2 fries. I received only 2 of the whoppers and the burgers. WTH.. whoopee, I get bk bucks added to my bk account that can only be used towards regular priced items and they are only good for a couple weeks.

Hi love coming here in the evening. They have some newer people as of the past few months that work in the evening and both of those gentlemen are very polite and pleasant to place my order with. One thing I would change though is the prices. Almost $9 for a Whopper is just mind-boggling

The staff were attentive and efficient. They kept the area clean and were actively preparing products throughout my visit. My order was accurate and served promptly. The only downside is that the building itself is showing its age and could use a facelift.

The people here are so kind and helpful. The food is also phenomenal and fresh without having to ask. The amount of food I get is also cheaper than what I pay for the same amount of food at McDonald’s. I am feeling much more satisfied than I felt when I first tried Burger King 7 years ago.

The staff are nice enough but there’s far too much priority given to the drive thru line when there are people actively waiting in store to place an order. You’d be better off closing the dining room and pushing all people to the drive thru if that’s what your concerns lie. But service, in general, is too slow for that to work either. While waiting 29 minutes for my one burger one fry order I watched three people come in, get ignored, and then leave. It also seems that the average burger from start to finish takes over 3 minutes to assemble. I’m positive that you can do better.

The staff is very friendly and quick to help if you have questions or any issues. We’ve always gotten our order given to us correctly except for one time and it was promptly fixed with no question or hassle. Delightful people and the food is tasty. Recommended for anyone looking for a quick bite!

Asked for a chicken sandwich with only cheese on it. Simple right? Take a bun, put a chicken plank on it, add 2 slices of cheese, and top with a bun, done. What did i get? Fully loaded chicken sandwich with extra extra mayo making the sandwich so nasty and soggy, even my coworkers wont touch it. Thanks burger king….
