Concord burger king on hall st was great! I haven’t eaten at a burger king since covid because of the one here in Tilton and the awful service and food they were putting out and yes I understand covid got ALL business’s hard but it just seemed like the 2 employees that were left to run the Tilton location got stranded and weren’t able to produce any kind of decent experience at all not even resulting from their own attitudes SO I was a little nervous to go back to eating fast food but at Burger King again but I’m really glad I did because MAN BK HAS GOOD FOOD! LOL I just want to thank them for all they do and say the entire experience was great, fast friendly service, the food looked and tasted great it was just an all out good lunch for me! THANK YOU!

I thought they did great. It was lunch time and busy, they still had positive attitudes and were so kind to me. The service industry is tough, especially faced paced. I did get the wrong Royal Wrap I ordered, but the order was entered correctly by Mitch at the front counter. Aron was a doll and was so polite to everyone who came in. If I didn’t live in Claremont, NH, I’d come here more often as I think they’re more efficient than my own Burger King sometimes. I’d always choose Burger over McDonald’s and definitely recommend this one as it’s better than most. These low ratings are confusing and I’d ignore half of them. They’re great!

If this isn’t the best Burger King in New Hampshire, I’d be surprised. Food was hot, delicious and as quick as they could considering it was just absolutely slammed for the lunch rush. I watched the woman up front Aron, just kill it. She was so sweet to everyone and so upbeat! She knew her regulars and welcomed they as if they were old friends. I don’t know what they place would do without her! As a Dunkin Donuts store manager in Claremont, I see how hard it is to do this job. Plus to have the food so hot and quick! That’s rare. Will stop by everytime I’m in Concord, hopefully to see Aron!!

Best service at a fast food restaurant in a very long time! Efficient and friendly! Bonus points for great sense of humor! Delicious, hot food! Dining area needed some cleaning and drink area was messy. Overall, good experience!

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant in New England or maybe anywhere. Burger King is disgusting to begin with but then you add an owner that doesn’t care, with staff that doesn’t care, and not enough of them and it’s a perfect storm of “why did I go there”! Find another place to spend your $15 for gross fast food.

You go to a fast food restroom you dont expect much… or you shouldn’t. This one was worse than an outhouse. Pee on the seat, floor, toilet bowl (that is somewhat expected) but the bathroom was beyond gross. The women’s especially. The food was solid and the service was not bad but it was gross gross gross

If you want to wait OVER 30 MINUTES IN DRIVE THRU for your food to be WRONG, this place is for you!!! They are ALWAYS understaffed and their workers are overworked and under paid!! Which according news outlets, seems to be a company wide problem!! Last few times I’ve to this location I have waited in a drive thru that you can’t just leave, you are literally trapped there. Anything over 15 minutes even during lunch or dinner rush is too long and this location that’s the MINIMUM Wait time!! Last year I ordered through the mobile app, drove there and they were closed!! Another time I ordered through the app has my daughter pick up the food only for them to tell her they were out of items and replaced them with NOTHING I asked for PLUS they forgot sandwiches. Customer service only refunded the sandwiches they forgot but not the food I didn’t want or eat!! If I go in the morning 9 out of 10 times they don’t have biscuits. I got at this location at 12:04pm there were about 5 cars ahead of me (should have been my sign to go elsewhere) I decided to order through the app which was 20 minutes later 12:24pm and I was still stuck in drive thru. I did not get my food until 12:59pm!!!!! Almost an entire hour and then the 4 sandwiches I got were all wrong. I contacted customer service who gave their typical Wordy, apologetic rhetoric and they offered me a $5 coupon on my next visit. As if I’ll EVER GO TO BURGER KING AGAIN!!! Mark my words, Burger King will be filing bankruptcy or closing restaurants very soon especially this location!!
