We went through the driveway post gym. We were looking for something ‘healthy’ so we ordered and it was a small fortune $32. Anyway after I got over the sticker shock I pulled up to the window and Wallace was there with a friendly smile. I was surprised because I could clearly hear over my music the man in the car ahead being loud with him. He was fast, friendly and efficient! Then I begged for ketchup because my ketchup loving family doesn’t have any. He gave us more than enough! Thank you, Wallace! We are down the street and will now be frequent flyers!!! ❤️

Absolutely horrible place. I ordered a chicken sandwich, a vanilla shake and a half fry / half onion ring. I never received the half fry / onion ring, and when I reached out to their customer service (it was a mobile order picked up in the drive thru) they refused to do anything other than offer me a coupon. And I do not want a coupon from them, as the half of the cold, old tasting sandwich I did eat made me sick. I wanted a refund for the item they did not provide, yet charged me for, and they offer a coupon. Not acceptable. The food was disgusting, I am definitely NEVER going back.

Only 2 ppl working in a snowstorm. Wait was quite minimal considering. They were nice, food was fresh, and we were on our way within 5 minutes even though everything was being made as it was being ordered

Terrible service Drive thru only the kid in drive thru was very rude the menu board was wrong when we got home in MANCHESTER we was highly upset ordering 2 number 9’s with only ketchup thinking it was a double big king just to get 2 original chicken sandwiches with only a hint of ketchup. When I called to find a solution Faith from the Hooksett , NH store she was far less than helpful when asked for corporates number she said she didn’t know it and it was in the office. Did she offer to get it ? Nope. Think it’s over ? Nope gets worse I had a further look at the chicken thinking this sandwich feels light and it was all breading hints of chicken in both (I’ve attached pictures) I will be calling Corporate and I need a $24.81 resolution

They have definitely improved over the past years that’s for sure. I really like the food personally, very salty! Food has so much flavor, atmosphere is interesting? But service is great!

I ordered the Barbecue Brisket Whopper. It had only a tiny amount of ketchup on it, and was so salty it tasted like someone spilled a whole salt shaker on it! It had no barbecue taste whatsoever! Also, there was no trash barrel!

I would have to say Burger King has better service sometimes they McDonald’s when I went to this Burger King it was right up and everything was really good the person was every smiling and everything at the cash register like she was loving her job. She even made it so when our food was being made she was watching to make sure it was made to order not the old stuff that was in the bed of fries and onion rings like the person was going to give us for our order she said no they said made to order she wants fresh new fries and new onion rings down for this order and we got it in the manager said you have no right to say that we use what’s in the bin first and then go from there. I told the supervisor to leave her alone I wanted it the way I wanted it in the way I ordered it and that was freshly done Fry’s freshly done onion rings . So I told the supervisor that she was wrong and to shut up.
