I should have known this place was terrible when at 5:30 pm we were the only car in the drive through. The parking lot was also a ghost town. The food made us sick. The fries were not edible. They taste like the oil hasn’t been changed since they opened. Avoid!

Slowest one I’ve ever been to. 15 mins to get a meal. Just shut it down, walk across the busy road to McDonald’s and learn how to function. Your food is comparable but your process in getting it to me sucks. 2 people working and no one in the sitting area? I should have walked out but needed to be reminded i guess.

This is a drive thru experience. It’s always tricky to judge these… especially since I used to work in fast food. There’s a constant struggle for workers to maintain a certain speed (With a ticking clock above their heads), BUT not waste a lot of food (Usually a bucket with a line). It’s a conundrum to say the least… So, I give a bit of leeway there. I’ll say this… I did feel aggressively rushed while making the order. Burger King and other fast food places charge way too much for their food so in general that minuses points. However, the burgers and fries came out hot and correct. We waited an appropriate amount of time for the order as well. Overall a good experience for this type of establishment. Thanks for the meal.

Tell me why your closing at 11:30 on a Friday when you’re website states you close at 1am… pulled up to drive thru and staff laughed in our face telling us to leave because they’re closed; we ordered our food online and PAID for it and staff shut off all the lights and left…. Fix your hours of

Getting harder and harder to get order correct. I ordered two Double Cheeseburgers with Bacon, get home and discover they are just Cheeseburgers with a slab of bacon on the top. There’s a large price difference between the two! Other part of the order was a Whopper Jr, no onions, heavy pickles. This sandwich didn’t have the onions (for once) but the pickles were limited and the lettuce looked like it was part of a wedge salad. My receipt was correct, it’s the people putting the meals together need more training. At least the fries were hot!

The place was filthy, every table was dirty, the drink station was dirty, puddle of water on the floor from a leaking air conditioner, the place wasn’t busy so there was no excuse for how dirty it was… The onion rings tasted like they been there all day and my burger was made wrong. The lady who took our order acted like we were bothering her… I will never go back here again. Bunch of pigs

Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and 4 pc cheesy tots. I received cheesy tots and 2 Whoppers. Swing back around to the drive-thru: he hands me two double cheeseburgers without cheesy tots. Swing around AGAIN: he says he’s making fresh cheesy tots and he would refund my card (without taking my card). Receive hot exterior and cold interior cheesy tots. Never again.
