It wasn’t that pleasant. All the lights outside were off and the parking lot was dark. Didn’t realize the dining room was closed, tried to go in with my 2 kids to eat and we opened the locked door. Turned around and went into the drive thru. It took like 20 minutes in the drive thru to get any of our stuff and there was no other customers ahead of us or inside. Then the food gave me a bad stomach.

waited in line for 13 minutes BEFORE they would even take out order. ( Should have beeny first clue but I was getting a.kids meal FOR THE SpongeBob toy specifically))
After waiting 19 minutes in the drive thru line, we receive the SpongeBob pineapple box with the COLD GROSS cheeseburger And fries my child didn’t even want to eat, for the toy to be a sonic toy .. IN A SPONGEBOB KIDS MEAL BOX WITH SPONGEBOB TOYS ON THE SIGN AND ORDERED SPECIFICALLY FOR THE SpongeBob toy).
I will tell EVERYONE I know! And NEVER go back

I been here a couple of times and something always comes up. Last two times I was there my fries weren’t done all the way and also the their sodas and water tasted very rancid. I didn’t make much of it since I was in a rush. Another time I ordered I got that “Adams family” meal. Everything tasted pretty bland but the sandwich was loaded with sauce which made it soggy and uneatable, my nuggets were also not cooked all the way. Frozen and cold patches…..gets pretty annoying after a while. They are definitely short staffed all the times…wait is crazy almost 20 minutes at that with cars piling too. Giving it two stars just cuz it has potential.

Today at 4:30pm i ordered a double whopper with cheese no tomato an no onion extra ketchup an extra mayo. Instead i got a double whopper only mustard with jalapeños an could not eat it. I tried to call them but they do not answer the phone. I had to contact via email which will take 48 hrs to respond. Not very happy

Came in at 815pm and the store was closed/locked but the store should have been open. Went to drive thru. Couldn’t understand the lady- super slow to respond at speaker/microphone. Electronic menu was broken. Lady said they didn’t have the food I wanted and was advertised on their menu… So ordered via the app. Horrible location.

Food was the typical Burger King selection, but this was the slowest serviced bk that I’ve ever been to in my life. It took them 10 minutes to get my order. And they only had one car in front of me. And then it takes them 15 minutes to prepare my order of 2- eight piece chicken nuggets and one Bacon double cheeseburger.

Every time I’ve come here the wait is ridiculously long and they mess up the order. End up having to wait a total of 25 minutes or more just to order and then get the order corrected.

Kept waiting for the longest time. Cars were piled up behind us and they were glacially slow taking orders. Absolutely terrible service and poor communication (talked to three people in the process of ordering). When we finally got to the window they had no idea what we ordered. Couldn’t locate food. Couldn’t be bothered. I don’t usually do one stars because I understand it’s a difficult and often thankless job but this was over the top. Finally left with no food. Went to McDonald’s.

Staff was great. Restaurant was clean. Restroom had no paper towels or hand dryers. Food wise I don’t want this location to be judged on my review of these new tacos…. it’s not the employees fault…. BK you messed up big time. Should just not have incorporated them.to your menu. Shame on you BK for forcing your employees to work understaffed at every location. Shame on you for bringing these gross “tacos” to the menu.
