I went to this Burger King on Park Ave in Cranston and was shocked to find mold on my sandwich bun. I had already eaten part of it before noticing, which made me feel sick. When I showed the staff, they only replaced the sandwich and refused to replace the fries that came with the meal. The way they treated me was dismissive and unprofessional.
This is not only unacceptable service, but also a serious food safety issue. I will be reporting this to the Rhode Island Department of Health. Be careful if you eat here.

I went through the drive thru, 1st mistake, and ordered a #1 with cheese and no onion and 4 plain hamburgers. About 5 miles away I open the box and I smell onions and don’t see cheese. Complete waste of a meal. The 4 plain burgers were for the pups and low and behold I open them and all 4 have mustard, ketchup and pickle on them. So I basically threw away $24.00. I called and got an “Oh Well”. If I wasn’t in Scituate, I would have gone back but it wasnt worth the drive.

I visited Burger King at exactly 1:30 PM on January 21, 2025, and my experience was awful. I ordered a family meal, but the fries were cold and excessively salty. Additionally, I found a piece of hair in my food, as you can see in the picture below. To make matters worse, I saw a mouse running underneath the french fry machine. The buns for the cheeseburgers and Whoppers were lying on the ground. I would advise against eating at this place; it’s the worst in town.

Basic Burger King experience. The staff is mid and the food was handed to us as if it was free. They hand you a drink with no straw and ice cream with no spoon. The staff at this location seems rather young and careless. Although this is a fast food chain, it would be nice to receive decent service.

Manager was yelling at kid with black hair last time I came in and it made me feel so bad for these toxic managers training others. I’m not sure what was going on but it was unprofessional.

It was horrible. It was overpriced…it cost me almost $12 for one bbq whopper..thats crazy..I could of had a steak dinner or Chinese food…and the buns were almost stale, the meat was dry and cold. I will not eat that again…
