Once I placed my order, it took over 23 minutes to receive it. The guys making the burgers were very slow and their was hanging out well outside the hats they’re supposed to be wearing. If the nanager/asst Mgr moved any slower, he would be moving in reverse. He walked around with a look on his face that said, “I’m completely lost.” It took him over 5 minutes to fill 3 bags with ice. The young lady that took my order, worked the take-out windows and did just about everything else, was a saint. She kept the kitchen moving with constant reminders of what to do, she handled every customer with respect, courtesy and a smile. She is the ONLY REASON why I would ever think of going back (and I’ve been eating at this particular Burger King for many years). I believe in giving credit where credit is due. So I would like to ask the management personnel at this franchise to give serious consideration to giving my server (her name is Tatti) a raise and a promotion. She is more than worthy of it.

My first order and they forgot half my stuff and DoorDash refused to refund me. I bought 6 items and only received 2 of them!!! 2!!!! I knew something wasn’t right when the dasher gave me the bag, it was just too light. These restaurants should be required to weigh the bags before they send stuff out, as a customer it’s frustrating when you spend money on stuff and don’t receive it. That’s robbery 0/10!!! Submitted a report with the BBB as well

Waited until I heard back from their “customer service email” before I wrote this.
This bk is always late, they overcharge for items too.
Update : today I asked for no pickles on my sandwiches and was met with a rude “anything else?!” A half second later. Of course my sandwiches had pickles and I just threw them because no one eats pickles in my house

I gave a low rating because they were taking forever. I went inside to see what was taking my mom so long. I’m pretty patient, so I waited about 20 minutes before checking. They were short-handed and doing their best, so I didn’t give them a lower rating.

I would like to take this time to think the three workers that was working around 2:00 PM this afternoon on August 1. Not only was they crazy busy But these workers were very polite and attentive to every customer while serving each and everyone of us with a smile. I want to give recognition where it is due. They did an amazing job and making sure every customer got their order and the orders were right. The young gentleman at the front who serviced us his name was Mike, but shout out to the other two on his crew as well. God bless yall
