Love the double cheeseburger and jalapeno cheddar bites but man this location cannot figure out how to put sauce(or half the other items) in a paper bag. I know minimum wage sucks. But do your job. Why can’t you guys get a single order right?

Dishonest portioning, under-salted, tasted stale yet suspiciously soggy, cold, and you can TASTE that they don’t clean the soda dispenser. Waited literally 15 minutes in the drive through, pulled up and waited two minutes before being acknowledged (I had to call out twice.) Instead of being serviced, got told to “hang on” curtly and waited another five minutes (I checked) before they were willing to acknowledge I existed. An employee held against their will would have more life to them than the service I experienced, all she had was rage and disdain.

Edited review ; they must’ve changed something. I saw they have the snack wraps here so I got a spicy one. So good. Better than the other one I tried somewhere else.
They’re small but are cheaper if you buy two at a time so that’s probably a good size for most people. The regular size is like just snack sized. But it was great, spicier than the other one I had gotten at a different location.
They have plenty of booths so I won’t complain about the public school-esque regular seats they have.
If you disliked it here previously; it seems like they fixed it up at this location.
Has pretty nice public bathrooms and a soda fountain

Food was great for BK, though I’m not from here so maybe that’s why. Service was good, little bit of a wait but they had an employee no-show, it seems. Overheard Sandra instructing one of her employees and it reminded me of my favorite boss who was stern but very understanding and caring for her team

My partner and I went into an empty Burger King—just the two of us—and were completely ignored. Staff wouldn’t acknowledge us, even after multiple attempts. We called over a worker and she refused to help. After several frustrating tries, we left. Absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful service.

We ordered a combo meal off the app it comes with 2 whoppers (ordered 1 with no onions), a chicken sandwich (ordered it with cheese), a burger (no mustard), 12 mozzarella sticks, 2 drinks, 2 freinstein ice creams, a fry and an onion ring. What we got was 2 very cold and soggy whoppers both with onions, a regular chicken sandwich without cheese, a burger with mustard, 8 mozzarella sticks, a fry, and 2 drinks without ice, 2 Oreo ice creams, a fry and a drink. Pretty much EVERYTHING was wrong. Do NOT RECOMMEND this BK to anyone they DONT LISTEN!!!

They didn’t do their job. Their parking lot is full of snow and they’re not open and their hours of operation are in effect. Management should be fired and you should get some new management. Maybe some new ownership

Miss this Burger King at all costs. The last two trips to their drivethrough have gone as follows: associate taking my order told me a limited time item that was still available was discontinued. Most recently today, I was the 3rd of 3 customers and received the wrong order. They don’t know their menu and can’t keep orders straight. And the fries were cold.
