Normally I wouldn’t have anything bad to say about this restaurant. It was my first job as a teen. Recently though, the restroom was out of order. I politely asked if my girlfriend could use the employee restroom after we ate our meal like the Olneyville location does. The manager, some guy who was on that late afternoon tells me he cannot allow that because it is assigned for employees. Employees that happened to be busy preparing food and waiting on customers.
Sheesh. Where did the humanity go in the food service profession? There was a time when restaurants and restrooms were hand in hand. You eat, eventually you have to relieve yourself. Many restaurants lately in many areas that I have been to of late fill this trend of customers only. There are some exceptions of course. Some restaurants will let you use the restroom without purchase, but not many.
This was beyond that though. There were other customers that also seemed jaded by this as well. There was a functioning restroom, albeit for employees. Employees that weren’t using them. I chalk this up to poor management.

I wanted to give a shoutout to Enyse, my kids and my boyfriend came to this location on 10/20 just shortly after 4pm, and when I arrived I had made a mobile order and I was waiting at the drive thru menu for a couple minutes and was told to wait a moment. I noticed nobody was in the drive thru and it was taking awhile so I said something again, and she let us know she was alone and needing to just finish some orders. Not only was she super sweet the entire process, but the food came out hot, she had a smile on the entire time even though she was working alone and she had the best attitude. She deserves a raise! You guys are lucky to have her. I was a Burger King manager for 2 years and I would have loved to have her on my team.

Came in to this location about 15 minutes prior to their closing for the evening shake machine was already cleaned up and stuff but the nice manager lady went ahead and made us two shakes anyways and cooked us some fresh french fries she was awesome

No Service, AT About 10 am in They didn’t want to WORK NO CUSTOMERS THERE AND They STILL Literally KicKed US OUT. PLEASE CHeck your Cameras! HIRE PEOPLE WHO REALLY WANT TO WORK… Thats why there’s people who cant bear their attitude and do something Crazy because They’re AWFUL WORKERS!! Many at Burger King doesn’t try to get people to dash; they just chat with their friends, and when you ask them about your order, they speak to her with a friendly attitude, even though they have the order in their hand. I don’t dash, but I saw the action.

Decent Burger King. Good staff, but they really need more workers. The only negatives are the nasty Burger King fries, and the area is shady. Keep your eyes open, your car doors locked, mind your business, pick up your food and leave. You’ll be fine.

Ordered my food online, pulled into the drive thru and sat behind 4 cars. The first car took 3 minutes before they even had their order taken. By the time I made it to the speaker to tell them I was picking up it had been 10 minutes of waiting. Beyond slow. When I pull up to the speaker someone comes over the speaker and says “take a look at the menu I’ll be right with you” they then proceeded to take another 3 minutes before finally coming back on the speaker to take my “order”. Mind you it’s not busy. They only take your order after the car in front of you has gotten their food and is leaving the drive thru.
If you want to wait 20 minutes for a “FAST” food drive thru then come here and waste your time

I live in this area and have been coming here for many years. I am not sure what’s going on must be under new management or something the food is fresher the place is cleaner and the staff is friendlier. I do like the family vibe they having going on here everyone is always joking and laughing with one another and more importantly when a mistake is made they fix it or try to Definetly nice to see a family friendly establishment in the area. I love bringing my kids here because I know we are going to be treated with care
