Spent 25 minutes in the drive thru for an online order. Only reason why I didn’t go inside is because last time they complained I put a drive thru order in and came inside and picked up. I went to the speaker(waited atleast ten minutes just to get to the speaker,) said my name, they told me to pull up to the window (waited an other ten minutes to get to the window.) they had no idea about my order, then had me pull over and wait yet again just to get my order. The point of putting your order in ahead of time is so you don’t have to wait and by the time you get there, it’s ready. Mind you, I got a whopper, fry and a chicken sandwich, nothing else. The only reason why I didn’t leave is because I had already paid for the food.

got all the way home to find they did not complete my order correctly and I was charged for food I never received. I have tried contacting this restaurant after my purchase a total of 7x & have not been answered. Please be mindful as this was my lunch break and now I am without a lunch because of the lack of care from employees. I was given sauce for nuggets I did not receive. Remembered the sauce but not the nuggets. I get mistakes are made but this isn’t the first time & definitely will not be the last. Very disappointing for a chain who stands by “our customers rule”

We will never set foot in North Smithfield BK again. My wife and I both got sick on the food. My wife vomited her classic chicken sandwich and was sick all night. I ordered the classic rodeo and also got sick. NEVER AGAIN.
