I went to the drive-through I made one order and then automatically the woman went right to do you want a dollar coupon? I said I am not done yet. I wanna make another order so she said OK so when I pulled up to the front, she said the price I paid and she said you owe eight more dollars I said for what the order was together and you never gave me a chance to say I wanted another order just jumped to the coupon. She’s like well you said separate I said no I wanted to make another order or whatever I gave her the money, my food had a tons of mustard, tons of ketchup leaking out of the sandwich very unpleased with your staff.

FOUND LONG HAIR in our expensive Steakhouse Whopper Jr. Sorry to find out that BK’s Customer Care policies are not centered around the actual loyal customer at all, that’s pretty bad.
It’s not the rep’s fault that they have no power outside of BK’s restrictive policy for customer satisfaction. It must be hard to work with such restrictions…if ever you bite into anything that you’ve purchased for you and a loved one at any BK and feel the disgusting pull of a stranger’s hair in your food…I hope you remember my post about BK’s disappointing Customer Care policies so you can promptly pull out your camera phone and snap pics of your recently chewed food and capture the stranger’s hair in the right angle to prove your point as a hard working loyal BK customer. Customer service is not how it used to be. WILL NEVER ORDER AT THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!

Very helpful and friendly staff. I had placed a mobile order for the wrong location and the excellent staff member was able to call the other location and have my order made at here instead. Food was fresh and quick. 10/10

Burger King on Eddie Dowling Hwy, North Smithfield, RI: Ordered 2 Whopper Juniors and on both the lettuce was rotted to a point that the lettuce was black on some pieces. You can and will get sick from rotten lettuce! The employee was rude as well when we got to the window to pick up my order.. There is only 1-2 cars in the parking lot all the time. I will not be eating at this restaurant ever again!! We called corporate but have no idea how long it will take to hear something back, that’s if they respond back to us at all!

Stopped by here tonight 10/19 around 8:30pm on my way home from work to try the new Adams family meal. I was very upset to find out when I got home that I was missing items and the whole meal was wrong. I paid $20 for something that was inedible. They didn’t even get the burger right. I mean come on guys, it wasn’t even busy when I went there. Very unacceptable. So I decided to try again on 7/10/25 with the “How to train your dragon” meal and yet again. I did not get the entire meal even after asking if that was all of it for $22. They said yes. Even though I knew that was not the whole meal. This is getting absolutely ridiculous. You pay all this money for meal and it was not busy at all and you still do not receive what you ordered. This location needs to be investigated because they are ripping people off. Not busy and they still cannot get the meals correct. This will be my absolute last time visiting this location. They have now gotten $40 from me and the food was so not worth it. Absolutely disgusting!

Needs an update.
Also some people rely on the power outlets to charge their phones. I was a paying customer eating breakfast and kind of went there expecting to be able to do so. Not sure why all of their outlets are covered up but I mean honestly some people depend on that especially when they’re homeless and do not have power handy at all times.

I went through the drive through midday, not busy at all. Before leaving the parking lot we noticed that they forgot an item and had to run inside. Then once we were on the road again I went to eat my Impossible Whopper to find a charred brick between two buns. Unfortunately, this was once I had hit the highway so there was no returning.
