To start off staff was very rude at the drive-thru . There was only three people in front of us and it took 30 minutes to get to the window, and you can’t even back out or get out of line if you wanted to. After waiting 30 minutes for a very simple order not only did they get it wrong but it was also stone cold!! It wasn’t even worth it to go back and have them fix it because we would have been there another hour. i am actually shocked at how horrible this place has gotten.

Just avoid this place. Not only do the employees just stand behind the counter and shit talk customers that are literally right there in the lobby, they cant even be hygienic. I found a HAIR in my food. A very long and very dark hair!!!! Seriously, this place is disgusting. You can see how dirty the counters and floors are from the lobby. I dont even know how theyre still in business. Absolutely disgusting.

I went there yesterday at 6:10 pm. Had my order taken by the AI thing with no waiting as there were about 5 cars ahead of me. It took over 30 minutes to get to the window. The car that was supposed to be in front of me was lucky enough that no one was behind her and she was able to back out and leave. I wish I was able to do that but was blocked in by another car. I watched about 6 cars pull up and then back up and leave because the wait was insane. Once I finally got to the window I was met with an employee who was completely overwhelmed. No apologies or explanations as to why the few of us had to wait for over 30 minutes.The manager/leader was walking around the front with no sense of urgency, not caring about anything. Rolling her eyes at people and doing nothing to support the kitchen staff who were clearly understaffed or inexperienced enough to keep up with the orders. She came to the window to use the drink machine and all she said to the overwhelmed employee at the window was “I want to quit.” The cashier expressed the same sentiment. Clearly that manager/leader needs some in-service retraining. She clearly set the pace for whatever disaster that was occurring inside that store. To top it off my simple order was cold from sitting there waiting. I have never experienced such terrible service and hope that no one else has to experience this.

Went through the drive thru and the woman who took our order was abrupt and unfriendly. I understand it may have been busy and maybe they were short staffed but when we when to pay and get our food we had the same woman and she never made eye contact, didn’t smile and when we said thank you multiple times for our change and food she completely ignored us and never responded at all! No, you’re welcome, have a nice day, nothing! If you hate your job that much then leave, but don’t take it out in your customers! We won’t be back!

The service her has gown down hill for counter attendants. Here they are mostly concerned with drive through orders. If you intend on ordering In store or even an online order, do not expect the employees to pay any attention to you.

i stop there to order a simple meal and they no said nothing just make the call if someone was there and got rude attitude ..well kind order what i need to grab and pull to the window and the guy who gimme the order was having a damn nasty nails full or dirt like was digging dirt i mean long nails and totally black..well got the bag and left but damn this people should at least take care hygiene personal since they managed food… i will no back there again since workers can’t have little patience and hygiene themselves ..bk better do better

I told my Son not to go there cause they always get my order wrong. We order then we’re missing 2 of 3Whooper w/cheese -onions -pickles. The guy with white hair and white goatee and an attitude make them wrong. I give them back to the kid in the front he said he’ll make them himself but he didn’t. While I’m looking at grumpy old man he just took out onions &pickles tossed to the trash can an grap the burgers and gave them back to us without knowing if we are allergic to it or not. Paper was all greasy and with ketchup. Anyways bad experience of bad service without me have nothing to do with this guy not knowing was he was doing

Impossible burgers with the heavy veggies were delicious, but the fries tasted like they’d been sitting around for a while. Great service, and two-legged friends to serve your leftovers to!

This Burger King was a staple of my childhood and I have gone here countless times throughout my life.
The “renovations” they did within the last 8 months or so have genuinely ruined it. Soulless, less seating, no color (everything is beige or grey), all seating is hard plastic with no more cushions. Another victim to fast food companies wanting a “modern” look. I don’t think I will ever come here again. Maybe to-go only since luckily, the quality has not changed and is still great.
Even though they changed everything I can still pick out the spot my family and I sat in for years (which no longer exists).
2 extra stars for the excellent food quality and service (as good as a BK can be). If I could give a negative rating for everything else, I would.
