Asked for fries well done and was told “the fries come out the way they come out” granted it was almost 11:00 pm but that is no excuse. I worked as a closer at BK for many years and I have never heard of anyone saying that to a customer ever! Everything should be off the broiler at that time but much to my dismay they were definitely not cooked to serve as we always did back in the day.

Worst fast food experience. Had to wait 10 minutes to order and another 20 plus minutes to get our food. Whopper Jr had barely anything on it. All of the floors were sticky. Staff was unapologetically. Also drive thru orders were being pushed out the entire time we were waiting inside.

Worst burger King I have ever been to. Manager knew nothing about how to add a coupon to an order. Said if we did order it would be 40 mins for food. He was beyond rude swearing like nobody could hear him. Extremely unprofessional. Not to mention the poor woman who was on her lunch break and was late back to work and still had no food.. she politely asked for her money back..they than threw the bag on the counter and said here you need anything else! I was beside myself and walked right out the door. Headed to wendys..
