I wanted to take the time to share my feedback on the location in Wakefield. I’ve been training customer service for more than 25 years at the corporate level for many organizations. The team there are always pleasant and positive, to the point where I avoid going to drive-through and enjoy walking into the main lobby just to say hello. The fast food industry can be rather challenging, but the team here should be recognized for their customer service skills,the way they treat their elderly customers. You have customers that specifically go there just to see the staff whether that be in the morning or night. I have also witnessed elderly customers being treated with empathy and care. It’s hard to find people who have those customer service skills, but more importantly care about the customers. I visited a few of your locations and nothing tops the service they provide here. Not only do they meet the personal needs but the product is always great! Accurate and if something is missing always happy to help. They go above and beyond to meet and exceed the customers needs. More importantly, they make it feel like family there. Great job to Caila and her team (Shannon, Caitlin,Chris,and Jason)…. High Five! Keep up the great work.

If you want your order to be taken by a human being then go to McDonald’s next door. I do NOT want to have my order taken by an AI chat bot. It also trys to upsell you and good luck with a more complicated request like a food allergy. The people inside are great people and the service besides the AI was good but I cannot give a good rating due to this dystopian experience.

Everyone there works extremely hard. The managers are awesome. They always help people even when they’re very busy. Very friendly staff. I see people clean consistently and check up on the customers.

My man went to this location on his lunch break and order a big fish meal. He got served a molded fish and smelt fishy like it’s been sitting all day and as some who is a manger that’s works for this management group at another location they are lucky I didn’t send the photo to the president burger king. Horrible And unacceptable

If you order in the Drive-Thru and you asked for specific options don’t depend on the robot to get your order correct. Even though the price on the screen might reflect the an accurate amount but the way your product is prepared will likely not be correct.

AI order taker trying to upsell u on everything is crazy, no wonder there’s never a line but McDonald’s next to it is always packed. People would rather wait in the long McDonald’s line than go directly next door to empty Burger King, lol.

I took my 10 year old grandson out for a bit to eat today at this establishment Burger King. And I was so so upset and dumbfounded I could not even believe this was happening, but all I was hearing was the F bomb dropped every two minutes. I guess there was an argument at the take out window an upset customer. Then the poor girl that was there came over to help me Take my order and she was told by the manager that to don’t take any walking orders they were to busy at the window so she apologized and turned around and left. I was Very upset, but my grandson wanted that to eat so he tried to put it into the computer and after we were there for a good 5 to 7 minutes, placing our order two other people walked in and the manager come out and said you people can put your order in, but I have no idea when you’re gonna get it. It’s gonna be a while and I said what is a while a while so I then turned to my grandson and I said let’s go we’re we know we’re gonna get a meal two people we’re trying to run that place today. They should have just shut the doors and went home. Never have I seen anything like that in my entire life things are that bad. You better shut it down. I’ve been a
resident of this community for 47 years. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life and I don’t think my grandson should’ve had to hear that type of language. He looked at me and put his hand over his mouth and I didn’t know what to say But I know I wasn’t the only one that Heard it so that place needs to apologize To a few of us, I hope this is seen and read buy the right personnel. There’s two other things that I wanna add that poor girl when she went to take my order, I could see her bottom lip like she was so upset from being yelled at and the other thing has Is that manager there was behind the counter and when I questioned him on how long my order was gonna be what he called a bit for a little bit he’s back there sweating off his head after I seen that. I wouldn’t eat french fry on that place. I mean, I realize he was probably doing his best to keep the place going, but nobody wants to see that especially waiting to eat. Somebody’s perspiration dripping out everywhere. That’s gross.

not friendly at all…they wouldn’t say anything like enjoy your meal or have a good day…and the lady who worked checked out desk would ignore you while they were preparing food and you want to order sth…even there are plenty of staff preparing the food…she will let you stand there and wait her for about 5mins. Worst staff but good food, only the nuggets taste horrible.
