I went here because we eat fish on Friday’s and my wife wanted to try there BK Fish sandwich so It is right around the corner from me so After I left the grocery store I stopped by there and went inside and ordered 2 fish sandwich combos. Well I certainly didn’t think it was going to take them over 20 minutes to get my order to me. They were more focused on the drive thru and not the people ordering inside which is crazy. Someone should have been waiting on the inside customers and 2 people doing drive thru. By the time I had left there it was 8 people waiting for there food inside and 2 cars in the drive thru. I will never go back to Burger King again and the food was even mediocre just not worth it. I remember when there fish sandwich was so delicious and now not so anymore. Such a let down. My first choice would have been McDonald’s because I absolutely love there fish filet sandwich just wish it was bigger and not so far from me to go to. McDonald’s also have THE BEST FRIES AROUND you just can’t beat them the next best fries are 5 Guys. Those are my Number 1 and number 2 choices. No one compares. SORRY WENDY’S and BK your not even close.

Waited at speaker, only to be able to order after the two customers that showed up after me had given their orders first at the second speaker. I ordered a chicken sandwich meal and a whopper which should have totaled roughly $12.00 and was charged $44.00 on my card.
Employee charged me for the next orders behind me, didn’t apologize and basically said, “Oh well”. I explained I wanted to be refunded for all the food that I wasn’t ordering. Both females had a very tough time trying to figure out the difference they owed back to me.
Eventually, throwing a twenty dollar bill at me. They owed me $32 back. I gave the twenty back to her telling her I wanted what’s owed to me. She said, “you’ll have to come back tomorrow to get it fixed. Male manager yelled at them to figure it out and refund me. Now they give me $25 in cash. I had enough and decided to drive away, called the Corporate office who tells me the Manager from that location will be in touch to fix it. Well, that Never happened!

Asked for fresh fries and 3 orders of cheese tots. All ti be cooked fresh. While waiting for my food the employee were all fooling around and in and out of the restaurant. Came back in and never washed there hands. Made rude remarks while I was standing right there. Wish people would stop ordering food already. No manager on duty. I then got my order after waiting 15 minutes witch wasn’t a big deal were my food was being fresh so they claimed. Driving home went to take a bite of my food and it wasn’t fresh. Everything was dry and old . Went back they tried to refuse my refund. And while on the phone with the manager they were all laughing and not being perfesional. Never again will I be going back and I’m a usual customer.

I went to Burger King for the last time today. Between the prices going up and the food getting worse there is no longer any reason to spend money on “fast food”. It’s no.longer fast and I’m pretty sure calling it food is scientifically corrupt.
And to add insult to injury, I ordered a large fry and it was only half full and the chicken nuggets are as thin as a pickle slice. The chicken tender in the wraps are the size that chicken nuggets should be.

Doors were locked at 10:36pm when sign says the lobby is open until 11pm. Employees were joking the entire time inappropriately such as when a young boy opened the drive thru window to speak to me and said something quick, too low for me to hear but the girl next to him started laughing. They almost forgot to give me the drinks in the order and were very unprofessional! I already stopped coming to this location because of crap like this and clearly they haven’t changed so I will go back to boycotting it!

This was the most fire late night Burger King I’ve ever had. Food was hot and delicious, sandwiches were wrapped nicer than I’ve ever seen. Mf was military trained.

I’ve been to this Burger King several times since this past summer. My food is always hot and the restaurant is always clean. I’ve found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. One time I asked for cheese, but there was no cheese on my burger. The manager, I think her name is Ashlin, corrected my order and brought it to my table.

If you have to go inside, don’t just don’t, especially if God forbid you have to pay cash and use a register and not a kiosk. I understand it’s a lot of teenagers with first job mentality and my pet peeve has always been when an employees look at you as a customer waiting for help and both people see you but can continue to have a back-and-forth conversation with each other for the next few minutes. I worked for 10 years and I understand like go ahead finish your start quick and just go right back to it but there’s gotta be a line.
As for the drive-through, the apathy is pretty clear through the speaker but hey it’s fast food you’re getting what you pay for (well with these prices maybe I’d say half as much but you get my point). The prices are extreme and just like other places check your order to make sure the food‘s right and the nuggets and fries aren’t hard as a rock. The service is crap and the atmosphere is don’t expect a smile and how about you get out of my face as fast as you can. I mean, I guess for 2025 they’re pretty on par… I wouldn’t recommend the place but I mean we’re all still gonna go there to get ‘cheaper food ‘.
***Pro tip though they stop taking digital orders more than a half hour before close, between the 35 and 37 minute mark. Sometimes they’ll honor the deals you can order exclusively get through the app other times they won’t. It’s really a crapshoot. Hope this helps.
