I was the only customer when I walked in, and the young lady working was in the middle of cleaning. She immediately put everything down to help me, which I appreciated. However, she didn’t offer any helpful suggestions or ask many questions—she simply took my order. Less than two minutes later, my food was ready. Since there was no food sitting out, that made me think it was made fresh, but the temperature told a different story.
Half of the food was undercooked. The outside was crispy and warm, but the inside wasn’t done at all, which tells me it was pulled from the fryer way too early. As for the burritos, they’re smaller than the size of my hand. If you’re planning to get full here, you’d need multiple, especially if you’re ordering something like this from Burger King.
One positive thing I can say is that the location was extremely clean. The inside looked very nice and well-maintained. But beyond that, I can’t rank the food very high. Based on this experience, I would honestly recommend going somewhere else for breakfast or any meal. I used to like Burger King, but over time it has definitely gone downhill.

On your app the Krabby whopper meal comes with an 8ct cheesy bacon tots, but I only received a 4ct. The whopper says it’s comes with cheese, but it didn’t have cheese. They also skimped me on the float. I called the store twice and no one answered. This meal was $15, never again.

The staff here did the best they could, I watched at least four people bust their humps to get food out in a timely manner. But a never ending line just grew longer, wait was easily 20 minutes. They remained polite and professional the whole time.

We had to go inside three times to get our order we paid for. The receipt was correct and we kept receiving everything absolutely wrong to the point we ordered 3 whopper js and received 3 rodeo burgers also we ordered 2 large fries and received a chicken fry, terrible experience, I felt bad for the worker struggling. The one who took the order and messed it up clocked out and left everything wrong for the next worker who was super sweet and getting overwhelmed!!!!

Ordered from the app Thanksgiving evening (not late). I double checked online to make sure they would be open. Pulled up to the drive thru everything looked open. No signs that they might be closed. Waited for a bit at the speaker then by the window. I assume whoever was on was alone and either in the bathroom or busy with something else. I drove off. Not a great look for BK. This wasnt the first time I had a similar experience at the Seekonk BK. Honestly the chain has been going down hill for years. Went to McDonalds next door was served very quickly. Oh well might be the last time I go to BK.

For fast food in this area, this is one of the best options you’ll come by. The food is often fresh, the service is much better quality than other fast food in the area, and the dining room is clean everytime.
They have a TV playing TikToks, a Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, and plenty of seating. Bathrooms are clean as well.

With renovation and new management it is doing alot better currently. Have been to this location a couple times recently with Dr B Watson.
Had stopped using this location a couple years back after having been served very bad food.
With all the changes, I hope that they can maintain a positive and healthy eating establishment going forward.
