I ordered a honey mustard wrap no tomatoes with spicy sauce this is what I got. I use to work at bk ur supposed to use half a piece of chicken from the chicken they use for the chicken clearly this is nasty pieces from it. I don’t know who they have making these meals but I think it’s time for some changes. This happens every time I order from here it’s not that hard to make a wrap people !!! Disgusting!! Rhonda should be aware of what is going on !

Workers just standing and chatting together. Waited 20 minutes for a $7 trio. Other person was waiting longer for his food that was sitting on the heater and brought it up multiple times. Workers just said ‘sorry’. He got his food and threw it out because it was cold, and the worker refused to give him his money back. Got my food, and went home only to find onion on my burger which I specifically asked for no onion, and a worker had repeated to the cook many times. They don’t pay attention, and make people wait long periods of time even though their food is sitting in the heater

I’m going 4 star because the 2 initial original chicken sandwiches I ordered were warm but soggy and the lettuce was soft. I brought them back and the manager was super polite and got them hot and fresh for me. The store and bathrooms were very clean so that and the good attitude bumped the score up to 4.

Just got a bacon king sandwich from this location. 3 measly pieces of bacon on a big double cheeseburger. Don’t waste your money.I’ll go to wendy’s for the bacon.Ator from now on, at least they give you a decent amount of bacon

Lady at the drive thru has a major attitude !after she took my order being rude and snobby , She Had a guy ring me up to pay and call me a kid and ask if I wanted a crown. then SHE had an old guy bring me food at the next window meanwhile I seen her give the food at the second window to the car in front of me but couldn’t give me mine she sent a BK minion .They purposely messed up my chicken fries and gave me nuggets and not even the 8 it was supposed to have ! Idiots !the lady said she was a manager when I asked at the drive thru window to talk to her manager due to her attitude .thats why this BK is dead cuz customer service from management down sucks !pic of receipt and food for proof of what I’m assuming is intentional wrong nuggets andy’all don’t even sell 6 nuggets so how did I get a 6 pack of nuggets that’s cold . This store continues to screw up orders, especially mobile orders. Apparently they don’t know how to read the slips. When you try to call no one answers and they don’t put the receipt in the bag so when you go back you have no proof. The management is rude and apparently they are too good to make mistakes.
