Pre-ordered and picked up through drive thru. The attendant at the window was really AWESOME and gave me a crown for my granddaughter without my asking. However, he forgot the apple juice for her meal. Ended up being a non issue as she had just started a juice box at home, and the little bugger stole my Spirit.

Stay Away From This Place! I ordered a few meals through the drive-thru today, was told to pull up and wait. So I did, but no one came out, so I went in after waiting awhile. It wasn’t busy at all by the way. I was told “Oh, didn’t know where you went” yet no one bothered to look outside. Now my food has been sitting for about 10mins plus. I get home and take my first bite and this is what I received. After my stomach turned and was disgusted, I got back in my car, drove back, and returned all the food. Was given a refund, one apology, and was given absolutely no incentive to come back from the manager. If this is how they are with customers, I have no doubt that the kitchen and food is just as disgusting as their customer service. If you can’t toast a bun, you can’t cook food! They lost a customer for life and anyone I speak to as well. I feel sick to my stomach, yet still so hungry. Be Ashamed Fairhaven BK.

Every time we go they park us. We just order a single sandwich and there are no customers when we go. We even order through the app. Idk what else i can do to make it easier for them. We are often parked for a good 5-10 min.

I’ve gone to this Burger King since I was little. and this place brings me so much nostalgia. The service is usually great! Smiles and kindness through the drive thru and always at the front counter. I haven’t had a bad experience here since i was little. Always got the order right and efficiently delivered it to me.

We wake up in the morning and immediately come straight to Burger King. Korey is usually the one that serves us. He is quick and responsible and usually he already has our order prepared at 7:00 on the dot. This is what customer service should always be like!!!

We came in as a group on Monday night only two people were on but the manager on duty handled us very well. I believe it. Her name was Maddie, the manager. She was quick, efficient and got all of our food out in a timely manner. We will be coming again in a couple months

I just order food from there a #2 medium with a 8 piece order of chicken nuggets. I just got back home with the bag and it smells rancid!
The fries smell like they were fried in weeks old oil, the nuggets they gave me, were not even hot.. room temp at best. They also did not smell appetizing at all. they had the same awful smell as the fries.
I didn’t even bother checking the burger, the whole bag just reeked. i had to throw the entire order in the trash.
a complete waste of almost $18.00
Please for the love of god, clean your deep fryers and change their oil.

i had a bad experience today, 13 december 2024. The chicken nuggets were old and like rubber, crispy chicken sandwich’s chicken was black and old. bad experience they should clean the bathrooms, i went at 4pm friday afternoon the bathroom cleaning is bad and i can smell the pee in the whole bathroom the floors dirty, everything!
