Do Not Order Delivery – Missing Items Not Refunded or Redelivered.

!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Burger King location.

On February 5th, we placed a delivery order and received none of the sides we paid for, and the only drink included was wrong. We were charged for items that were completely missing from the order.

When we contacted the restaurant to request either a refund for the missing items or to have the correct items redelivered, we were told no. Instead, we were offered a coupon. A coupon does not replace the food we already paid for and never received.

I understand that mistakes happen. However, the issue is the refusal to correct it. We paid for specific items, did not receive them, and the store declined to make it right. A coupon does not correct that. Refusing to refund or replace missing food is unacceptable.

At that point, it feels less like an error and more like being charged for food that was never provided. They confirmed via email that this is their policy.

I’m sharing this so other customers are aware, and I hope ownership takes this seriously and reviews how missing delivery orders are handled. Customers should not have to fight to receive either their food or a refund. This is not the first time this has happened.

I would appreciate being contacted directly to resolve this properly.

UPDATE 2: tried to give them another chance with a spicy chicken sandwich, which I ordered PLAIN. It came with all the toppings.

UPDATE: ordered an EGG and CHEESE croissant and instead got an EGG and BACON croissant with a hair in it. Eat here at your own discretion.

Service at the drive through when only the second car in line took 20 minutes. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, which arrived with three slices of white american cheese and no spicy glaze. I am a big fan of the BK spicy chicken, but I think I’m done giving BK chances. At least the food is always fresh. Pay your employees enough to care and maybe the food will improve, too.

This is the saddest excuse for a burger king. Plus side is workers speak English unlike McDonald’s but god they are awful. Rude and slow. Never hot food and order is always missing itmes. Bathrooms are terrible!

I came in to pick up my food. The manager Alex on was nasty and rude. Called me names and ordered me out of the restaurant. I was just standing at the counter quietly waiting for the kids to put my shakes into the cup holder. He told me to take my food and get out of his store or he’ll call the police to physically remove me. He was upset I asked him if everything was in the bag. Will never go there ever again

They messed up multiple delivery orders in a row. Todays was they didnt send any of the 4 large fries ordered, i called to fix it and they said its a doordash issue and i said it isn’t because i ordered theough bk app. To whoch the kid says well theres nothing qe can do for you. You messed up everyones dinner on a 50 dollar order and thats your response.

I rarely provide negative reviews, but given the history of this location & my family’s experience i MUST share our current problem.

My parents stopped at this BK for breakfast sandwiches yesterday morning (9/25/2025) and BOTH my parents got Food Poisoning!! They said customer service was terrible.

Both have had to stay inside while on vacation for 2 full days and this quick stop has Ruined much of their vacation. My parents are older senior citizens who should be relaxing during their vacation but instead they are dealing with bowel problems, nausea, and dehydration.

THIS RESTAURANT DESERVES A ZERO.

Update 2022/2023 – the service is so bad most of the time. The wait is ironic when they have multiple employees walking around and chatting with one another and leaning on equipment, walls, and countertops, while we sit at the drive up window. Food is cold and doesn’t tasted fresh. Buns are soggy from sauce or condiments sitting on them for however long before being packed up. The lettuce is soggy and not crunchy or fresh. And if it is crunchy its the white stem ends , not green leaf. The fries are never hot or filled no matter what size. Soda taste watered down, like the syrup is gone and they don’t change out the barrel or tap for new batch. I honestly don’t know why we keep giving this location another chance or try when most of the time it’s a bad experience. Management needs to watch the cameras and retrain and or hire new employees.

Update 6/2/21- we wanted to try the new hand breaded chicken sandwich. Asked for the deluxe not spicy, and the woman at the late night drive-thru was pushy and very assertive the deluxe only comes with the SPICY hand breaded sandwich. Unfortunately for her, on her menu #9 is a deluxe hand breaded chicken meal, and it’s not spicy. Uh okay. So why was she convinced deluxe is only spicy? *Confused*

It’s a hit it miss at this store. Recently (2018) it’s been very good! And the staff has been polite. Some staff before a few times, weren’t happy nor professional, and we ended up just pulling away , not ordering and started going to another store to get our BK. Eventually after a good while we decided to give this one another try, we got Jr. Whopper meals lastnight and they were sooo good, I had to take a picture! Please keep up the great service Weymouth.

Just not the same, decline in service and just the food in general was blah and I was missing and craving burger king since closed near me.. wasnt as I hoped it would be…but on another note, rodeo burgers are still the bomb
