This place may be the biggest piece of garbage of all time. Everything was wrong and cold. We’re talking freezing cold. Ordered two orders of fiery chicken fries and received two orders of plain. Also ordered a bunch of zesty sauces, and received NOT ONE, but every other sauce possible. It’s almost like they did it purposely. DO NOT order from here. Place does this bs time and time again. Avoid at all costs.

HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL OPEN? The food was DISGUSTING. I’m talking burger pattys so dry it tasted like chalk. The only decent thing was the fries. The mozzarella sticks were gross with firm cheese, soggy onion rings. I mean I Litterally want an enema after consuming the smallest amounts. This place has to go out of business soon. There’s just no way they can keep serving food like this to the public

Quick bullet points:
1. If you don’t have an item, don’t let customers order it on the app (ice cream)
2. Even if they do order ice cream and you are out, when they check in at the menu board, tell them there so they can pick something!
3. If you make it all the way to the window and finally tell them you’re out of ice cream, please give the customer options to replace it instead of staring at the customer expecting the customer to do something about it. I can’t get a refund on the app when half my order is already in my car, and I have no idea what else there was because I specifically went to you for ice cream.
4. Maybe an “I’m sorry” somewhere in there would have helped smooth things over just a bit.
My goodness, I’ve finally become the “back in my day” guy because I swear customer service was better even just 5 years ago. Please do better by your customers

Never order delivery from here. The delivery driver just left my food and didn’t even ring my bell to let me know he was here. The foos sat in the hallways for 30minutes and was cold before I got a text saying my food had arrived.

This is by far the worst Burger King ever. I have given them several chances because they are convenient and have some ok vegetarian options, but i have ordered from them dozens of times and I can honestly say that they have gotten my order correct one time in all those times. I have a tomato allergy and the last time they messed up my order, they put tomatoes on all the burgers, they forgot all the drinks and icecreams and forgot a couple of fries. They refused to refund me for any of my order and told me that i complain too much. I told them the only reason i complain is that they mess up the orders all the time. At any rate, i will never order from them again, and if you are wise you would do the same.

Can we say lazy when I was the only customer inside and out? I tried to call before writing this review, but they didn’t answer the phone and they were still open. I just went through the drive thru and I was the only one in line. The tone of the girl’s voice when she took my order was drone like. Then I pull up to the window and her attitude was like I don’t want to be here.(employees tall with red hair) Then I made the mistake of ordering a patty melt. The bread is white, not grilled at all. It’s pieces of white bread, not even toasted with a burger and toppings. I was a regular here, coming weekly but the attitude of another male employee, I stopped all together. Looks like I should have gone to McDonalds.

I don’t normally get fast food a five-star rating but this particular Burger King is exceptional. Every time I come to this location the Fry’s are perfectly cooked and perfectly salted, the burgers themselves taste like their freshly made and haven’t been sitting around. I know all the Burger Kings get their food from the same place but there is a difference. Maybe the employees at this location actually care about their job and the food that they’re serving. Personally to me that makes a huge difference. Preferred location
