Stood at the counter a good 7 min before even being addressed. Placed my order. Two gentlemen walked in separate after me and got impeccable service. Both woman in back asked if they were all set even though I had been ignored for several minutes. They both received their orders before me. One of them was a dish sandwich which even takes longer than the burger meal I had ordered. I ended up being the last person in there waiting and turns out my food has been ready the whole time they just never gave it to me. Purposefully ignored for being a female? Not too sure. But it sure felt discriminatory and intentional. Food wasn’t even hot at that point. Not even lying….I did just throw it away. Not even worth it to go back in.

I went here about 4:30 AM. The customer service was great. The fries were FRESH and super hot with the correct amount of salt. The Whopper Jr’s. were plumped with crisp toppings. We ordered 2 meals and they just automatically put them in separate bags which made it easy for us. And they were quick. The overnight staff are doing great!

Horrible experience at this Burger King on Granite Street in Quincy the manager has horrible customer service skills how do I stand in a frown counter with my kids? Do a mobile order And say I’m here to pick up an order for myself that I just made on the app. My name is Xavier. Then she said I need to see proof on the app because anybody can just come here and say anyone’s name and claim other people’s food I said how would I know what name is up there when all of your receipts are facing down Ask her do you think I can see through paper because how would I know whose names are on the receipts if you haven’t even took them off to receipt printer and hung them up didn’t like her attitude and asked for a refund then she said that’s not my problem. Go on the app. And Request it I sat there with both my kids one of them Autistic and started to get worked up waiting for the food she made everyone else food who ordered after them and never made my food tell I called the cops and they came in then she finally made my food if I can go through the drive-through and say, I’m here to pick up a mobile order and say it My name is Xavier. What is the difference walking into the lobby and saying I’m here to pick up a mobile order for Xavier? They don’t even ask me for a confirmation on my phone when I pick up my food through drive-through. Never had any issues at any burger kind I went to with ordering online I will never come back to this one this lady with the two pens in her hair is the manager didn’t even tell me her name and also never give her her bosses number to complain of course no one has a name tag on so u can’t tell there names

This best buy in fact was not the best buy. The hell was non-existent and the atmosphere of the store felt like a little kids toy store with children running around acting s fool and the employees could not care any less about getting me the cord I was looking for . Ended up selling me the wrong cord after I even showed them the one I wanted . I ended up going to the competition and got it cheaper easier and withoutbm being followed around like I was stealing something.

This place made me miss radio shack.

Went in and ordered food for takeaway, one evening, on Halloween 2025. Service crew manning tills / counters had infantile grasp of how to communicate and comprehend the English language. Completed my order, with faults; my food order was utterly botched. Had to put in strenuous effort communicating with service crew on tills / counters just to get the food I needed to complete my order. I am completely put off by this experience. I don’t recommend this store, unless you want a spot of bother, with a side of frustration, and inconvenience for your day. Completely horrendous. I myself and my friends are not returning to this store. Ever.

Every single time (the past FOUR times now) they ALWAYS get our orders wrong. No matter if it’s at this location or the BK on Adams St. They both are terrible. Avoid both locations like the plague. Your food will be cold, your order will be all wrong or missing items, and they’ll completely ignore food allergy requests! STAY AWAY FROM THESE BURGER KINGS! Spend your money elsewhere! You have been warned…

Spacious parking. Located next to a few stores, such as a T.J. Maxx, as well as Quincy Center. I’ve only done drive-through at this location, so I can’t speak to the ambiance inside, but I haven’t had any issues with picking up an online order via drive-through. The workers at the window were friendly, and service was fast. I liked the ghost pepper whopper and chicken fries, which were a Halloween special. The presentation could have been better, though, as my whopper was quite flattened.

I was waiting at the counter to pick up my mobile order. I watched as the front desk finished serving the customer in front of me and turned back to pack up. They didn’t ask which meal was mine. I saw that my meal wasn’t packed yet, so I didn’t say anything and kept waiting. After a while, another person packed my meal and put it in the cabinet for ready-to-go orders. I told them that was my meal, but the front desk was very impatient and told me to wait. Even after they served other people’s meals, they still blamed me for having to wait.
