THE WORRRRRRST I tell ya!!!!! Never again. I’ve never had to repeat an order so many times at a drive thru!! I understand repeating something once and maybe twice, but after that second time of repeating myself, I was about to drive off to another location. Mind you, I project my voice loudly so I’m heard since the speaker is far. I’m pretty sure every person behind me could hear me ordering. That’s how loud I speak at a drive thru. Employees at the drive thru at other restaurants/locations usually hear me, but the guy at this location just wasn’t listening. How does “two 4-piece chicken fries” and “one 8-piece nuggets” sound the same??? He told me “you said nuggets” and I said “no I said I would like two 4-piece chicken fries”. A lady came and had to take over ordering for him. She sounded irritated, though I wasn’t sure if it was towards me or her coworker. Once I finished ordering I asked her only ONCE to repeat my full order and she spoke with an attitude and fast like she was trying to rush me and took my order off the screen without letting me see what they put for my order (hence why I asked her to repeat my full order to make sure they finally got it right). It’s not my fault her coworker couldn’t differentiate what “4-piece chicken fries” and “8-piece nuggets” are. I had to sit at the window to wait for my order longer than usual. Workers walking by, occasionally stopping to look at the window, a few appearing to look lost or just looking around the room. A lady came to the window to give me my order so I checked the bags before pulling off. While checking the bags I hear her laughing as if it was ridiculous that I was checking my order. I had to repeat an order a countless amount of times, you then had me sitting at the window for 15-20 mins for 3 burgers and 3 chicken fries, but it’s funny to you that I’m checking the bags to see if you gave me the correct order??? You’re supposed to know how to conduct yourself even when frustrated, it’s proper customer service. Furthermore, if someone doesn’t know how to take an order, either training needs to be given or they just need to be reassigned to the dishwashing station.

I went to Burger King on Mystic Ave in Medford. Today I was treated very badly. I just went to buy a burger, I didn’t lose. The attendant was super rude, rude, and avoided contact as if we were in a pandemic. But that’s okay, I understand. All this care and working without gloves, she touched the money and took the burger. I asked her name, she didn’t want to say it. Then she told me it was Catherine. She worked at the drive-thu. I saw that the manager even gets praise, how much this woman gets, but I complain. It’s ridiculous how she treats people. I live in Medford. I like Burger King, but I won’t go back to this address. My money has value elsewhere

I really don’t wanna do this but the service was so bad tonight that I’m forced to. Originally only wanted 1 whopper, the lady over the drive thru charged me for 2 meals and I didn’t even care, but when my dinner after a long day is missing almost every condiment. Just hurts.

I am giving this place five stars because the young man at the drive-thru who took my payment talked to me and it was the best conversation I had all day. There was no one behind me in line and we just talked in less than 20 seconds about how our day was going and I said I was a little distracted due to things going on and he was so empathetic and human it was so refreshing for someone to say something back that was real. Food and service was also great but make that kid a manager or let him focus on making people happy – he cared about people.
