The area had a weird inside smell, but wasn’t foul, the food was pretty decent, the food wasn’t dry, not even greasy, the bathroom was clean and the fountain drink area as-well, I noticed they do birthday parties as-well( in the photos) the Inside dining area is huge, biggest Burger King I’ve seen yet, not too bad of a place

The ONLY reason I decided to come here was for chicken fries – I got the app- ordered through it- chicken fries, Dr. Pepper & med fry. The girl at window didn’t say much- the app said to show cashier a number to get points.. she said she didn’t need to see. I hate BK’s fries & if they’re cold & hard- their worse. Mine were very cold .. but the chicken fries were as expected & you really can’t screw up a soda. I love the BBQ, too. I’ll be good for another year! Oh and the sign says NOW HIRING so hopefully they will get good people in there!

This is the second time they mess up my order i pay for 3 orders of chicken nuggets and they just gave me 2 and the second time they gave a cheeseburger for my daughter without the top bread as you can see in the photos

I specifically asked for a whopper XX WELL DONE. I asked At the intercom and at the window. I told them if they burned it i would not complain. When i got it i asked the girl at the drive through if it was well done (i should have checked before i drove away). She said it was. Well of course it was NOT. It was red in the middle. It was NOT even cooked regular it was RARE and the line was about 10 cars long it already took over 20 minutes the first time with only 3 cars in front of me so i wasn’t about to go back in line. I will never go there again. When i first posted this review I forgot to mention that this was the 3rd time in 2 week’s that i asked for a whopper xx well done with similar results. Also other bks seem to be able too make a whopper xx well done but for some reason this one has no quality control. I really wish I took some pictures before I threw them out.

The service here is great when they do pay attention but a lot of times I walk up there and I’m standing in line for 5 minutes. Waiting for someone to take care of me but when they do take care of you. I think they care about how you’re experience is when they do care

I worked on and off of Burger King for three years when I first started the company was great sure it had its ups and downs, but we always made it work when I came back everything I’ve changed it wasn’t as cleanly people in training as hard or doing their work is hard This place is help me grow. This place is help me elevate in my position or but this place has also taken advantage of how reliable I am of how trustworthy I am of how dependable I am, and I do not feel appreciated. I know it’s a job and you’re supposed to work hard but I worked really really really hard not only for me before the customers in my fellow employees, and got the brew end of the stick The district manager wouldn’t hear me out, nor with the store manager instead, they just suspend me.
