Idk how every burger is so inconsistent with so many issues.
They’re never at the counter, and often not responsive to the drive through. There’s been days where they couldn’t take card for payment. Today I received a burger with a top bun so stale I genuinely couldn’t bite through it, it was so chewy.

Absolutely disgusting and inedible. I had to throw out a whole chicken sandwich that was completely dried out, stringy and half the size of the bun it came on. It also had questionable markings on the breading that makes me question its age. The burgers were also terrible. I have no doubt that employees are not following basic guidelines for food safety.

Employee working the window was fairly grumpy. We ordered 2 fiery chicken sandwiches no tomato. One was so grisly it was inedible. The other sandwich was regular chicken with bacon and cheese, not at all what was ordered.

Very friendly guy at the counter. Sadly, I’m not sure he could get out of a paper bag. Couldn’t handle us ordering items that were on the menu even after pointing them out to him. But he did give us a free drink for our trouble.

When I tell you the vegetables on my burger tasted OLD, I mean like if they were at the back of the fridge for WEEEKS!
The lady who attended me was also dead inside and seemed like she did this with most customers my color. Super weird vibes. This is basically just a gas station. Don’t get your food from that kind of filth….lesson LEARNED!

I get that pot is legal in Mass but having to walk through a cloud of pot smoke that one of the employees is exhaling right in the entrance to the store is a big over the top. She was even still wearing her drive through headset!

Multiple people in line waiting for well over 10 minutes. Three staff members standing in the back just talking as if none of us were standing there. Never even got to order, we all walked out. Congrats non existent customer service!

Kid working there just plays on his phone, after making me repeat my order then stares at me after giving me my order “oh you got a drink right?” obviously doesn’t care about anything. Fast food service must be to hard of a job for him.
