On Wednesday, December 10. I went to Burger King. A girl took my order. She took it good. I got two original chicken sandwiches for Me and my Friends ordered too but for those two original Chicken sandwiches. I got really sick. I think I got food poisoner and then my friend appeared, and I told him to give me two shortcake pies and then, all of a sudden, when he gave it to me, he returned back, sad because he said that his boss yelled at him and he told me that, saying that he gave me the Hershey pie for free But that wasn’t truth he owed me because on Saturday I ordered and he forgot to put it. So he gave it to me back today. Is this how you treat your employers? Not understanding what exactly happened??

The staff women at the drive thru window was rude and dismissive. I had a BK gift card that I have used at other locations. I presented it yo the woman and she passed it back to me saying “this register doesn’t take a gift card “. No explanation. Thankfully I had cash. She offered me ketchup but I requested a dipping sauce for my burger and fries. She again, was bothered by my request and told me I would have to pay extra. I did spend approx $13. None of this happens at the BK located on Boston Street in Lynn. The same issue with the window register but they make the effort to rings it up on another register (something should be done to resolve the gift card issue). They also (without additional cost) supply me with the sauce. Its not as if i wanted dipping sauce for nothing. I tip them on Boston street, I wish I never visited the one in Saugus.

To quote Gordon Ramsay “It’s Raw!!!” I’ll never go back to this location again after being served a raw tendercrisp sandwich. I bought the sandwich after a hockey game in the afternoon. The manager yelled at the workers and gave me my money back. I know people make mistakes but this could’ve been a lethal mistake. No thanks King.

I ordered a whopper Jr special meal with a coupon. It was delicious ! I had a wonderful lady named Pam that waited on me. She was so pleasant kind and sweet. I must say for fast food it’s gotten a little pricey but it was really nice and hot and it’s nice that people still take pride and work in serving customers like this Burger King did I would give it a plus 10!

Good and quick service. I love the vintage vibes and the retro music. The vibes are great and the store is surrounded by nature. The bathrooms were clean, too.

This place has an issue with HAIR IN OR ON FOOD PRODUCTS! I’ve ordered here twice the first time there was hair in my fries. The second time there was a hair on the outside of my cup. It’s disgusting and frustrating. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, the first time but the second time y’all just dirty! If I spend my hard earn money, I would like to at least enjoy what I spend it on. I will not be returning to this location. Maybe try hairnets

Went here after a day of shopping back in October with my friend. The food was excellent and fresh. So after some Christmas shopping we went specifically to this Burger King- again, it was fresh made a delicious! The staff is super friendly and the place is clean and relaxed.

worst customer experience by far, beware of a Spanish woman name Lilly she will not help you and will give you attitude when asking questions on top of that she wouldn’t give me corporates number and pretty much said it dont exist and claimed to be the manager until the actual manager came to help the situation which he was helpful but then a white kid named James that wears glasses said “is it fixed the why are you still complaining about it” and had a real big attitude both people need to get fired because that was ridiculous
