I just had a disturbing incident here today. They served me a sandwich i didnt order and returned it. I dont eat vegetables due to allergies and is the main reason i only order specific sandwiches. So when they took the sandwich i atood there and watched the lady at the prepping station pull the chicken that was wrapped in tomatoe slices , lettuce and what ever other vegetables they put in it and litterally peeled the veggies off to then recycle the chicken and make the sandwich i ordered. And when i said i know i didnt juat see what i saw, another employee asked me what happened. I told him and he just looked at me and then turned around and walked away to continue doing what he was doing. Pure laziness and lack of care of what customers have to deal with. Disgusting and horriblecustomer service. Clearly just here to get a paycheck.

I would give it less than one star if possible what a difference from the morning crew to the night time crew your nighttime crew is absolutely atrocious some of the worst service I’ve ever had six people inside the drive-thru why do you need six people inside the drive-thru six people work in the Drive-Thru I ordered two original chicken sandwiches and one spicy chicken sandwich they gave me spicy fries all those people and they screwed up my order unreal

Liliana, whom stated herself as the manager, saw me and refused to take my order even after I gave her ample time to bag a few orders up. This is not the first time I have had an issue with her or other managers at this place. The first time I came here in the morning she told me I would have to wait 30 minutes to place my order with no reason stated. The only manager who has has given 5 star indiscriminate service is an Asian lady, and I sincerely regret not remembering her name. I will be calling corporate as well

I messed up my own order using the mobile app. The young girl with glasses ( who may have been the manager) asked me what it was suppose to be and fixed it. She was super nice and it was fast and good. It is nice to have great service at any establishment.
