For what it is worth, they seem to have a couple of good people working there. The most outstanding was the guy who saw my elderly friend drop her food in the car’s floor as she was trying to hold it. She was not strong enough. He offered to redo the order with a substantial discount. Thank you so very much for your kindness and genuine compassion.

It’s a fast food restaurant. You can eat in, order inside to go and there is also a drive through. It’s Burger King, regular burgers with or w/o cheese & condiments all the way up to a Double Whopper. It’s not a fine dining place but if you’re in the mood for a quick burger & fries then I think you’ll be happy.

I dont know what it is lately. They use have some good people working the drive thru and never had an issue. But now it’s just gotten terrible. So I Had and a few issues with getting the wrong order so I intentionally avoided going to this location. I was near the area on my way home and starving at the time so I decided to give them another try. Of Courae that was a Big Mistake, completely wrong order as usual. You’ll waste your time and money to get something you didn’t ask for here. I would avoid going through there drive thru you won’t get what your ordered.

Worst chicken sandwich I’ve had from a BurgerKing. I threw it out and chose to eat my fries instead. The fries were just ok. This place looks outdated and feels lost in the middle of Winchester. Sad.

Update: I don’t think it was the meat I think it was the lettuce or the pickles or something out of the slop that they put on the burgers at this location, the lettuce is often slimy, the pickles too and they put an excessive amount of mayonnaise.
I don’t know what they’re doing to their lettuce but it tastes awful and it’s not crispy sometimes it’s slimy.
I believe this was the source of my food poisoning and not the actual burger meat.
Also, If they would like to hire me as the OFFICIAL WHOPPER OVERSEER, UTT OFC (NO WHOOPS) THEN I WILL BE HAPPY TO FIVE STAR THIS REVIEW AS I WILL KNOW THAT THE BURGERS ARE GOING TO COME OUT PERFECTLY UNDER MY OVERSIGHT OF THEIR PRODUCTION.

I still have the burger If they’d like to test it I definitely got sick from one of their Whopper Juniors immediately after eating half. The other half is in my freezer now.
This never happened at the Medford location.
This was my first time eating at the Winchester location in a long time and will be the last.

Tried the new Classic Chicken sandwich for dinner and it’s surprisingly good! Big crispy chunk of chicken that doesn’t taste like fast food. I’m not usually a BK fan but this sandwich changed my outlook. Hubby liked the deluxe version too.

The sandwich is pretty good although it had a little mystery chewiness in it, my shake terrific and the French fries also good.
The store was very good and only had a couple of people in it. Restroom was clean. While the staff was okay, they certainly weren’t very enthusiastic.
Overall pretty good.
