I ordered breakfast 30 mins before the time needed and I get to the store to pick up my meal and they stated they don’t serve breakfast??? Like what??? I had to get a refund by putting it as “Store Closed” but that’s just crazy. Why offer breakfast options to just say that you don’t do breakfast ??? That’s insane to me… Fix your menu Burger King or at least that place specifically your employees don’t want to work and do breakfast orders.

Friendly staff @ the Methuen Ma branch … They listened to our order and was a great experience , will go there again …. Also the branch in Windham NH doesn’t exist !! It should be taken off the map for directions , on McDonald’s is there , the maps should be up to date so people don’t think they’re going to eat there and it’s not there !!

Went through drive thru. Had to repeat order multiple times and did not receive part of order. Workers could not understand me and tried to give me the wrong order. Employees seemed annoyed taking to me and tried to rush me out to get me to leave. This is not the Burger King I remember.

The hamburger buns were so stale I was able to knock on them and produce a sound.
It was take out so I didn’t know until I was home. I come to this BK about once every few months. This happened once before a very long time ago and I staying away for a while and hoped for staff change. Which did happen. Now I’m back to not coming for a while and hoped for staff changing again. (Management) I think they say push the product even if not quality. JMO

This Burger King is very nice. It has a Freestyle Coca-Cola machine, a playspace, and newly renovated decor. It has a drive-thru, as you would expect.
It seems to have a smaller regular morning crowd then some other Burger Kings in the area.
The staff is friendly and efficient.

I got a free Whopper with bacon done my way from Walmart+ through the Burger King app.
I paid the up charge for bacon instead of buying anything else and had them grill it and cut it in half. Total cost $1 plus tax.
The lobby was closed though, obviously because they don’t want people that need a bathroom coming there after 10:00 p.m. I didn’t know that till I tried to walk in and the door was locked. So I grabbed it through the drive-thru but that was good too. Not the atmosphere but the food and service.

“Open till 3” but they just shut the screen for the drive thru off and don’t answer past 2:10. Oh and they don’t have shakes….EVER. They are there, they just don’t want to make/serve them. Too much effort. They get mad when people show up before 3

Playground has a sign that it is closed, but at least 3 kids are using it with 2 women watching. After watching 5 people come in after us and get their food before us, I started to ask them to look for our order. I said, “Excuse me” 3 times with no response. I finally raised my voice, and the manager came over, yelling at me. He says there is no need to yell. I explained, “nobody heard me, nobody responded the first 3 times I asked for help.” He just repeated himself. No apologies. Thank goodness the other young gentleman found my bag. Now cold and missing 1 sandwich from my order.

I brought a coupon with me to use, they didn’t apply it and charged me full price for two cold whoppers, two cold fries, and two diet cokes that tasted like the dispenser hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. I went back in to at least get a refund and the corrected amount charged but they said it was not their problem that they didn’t apply the coupon and refused to fix the error. I’ll be calling my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge; the food and service wasn’t even worth the discounted price I should have received, never mind the full price.
