I generally do drive-thru, I order in the app and pickup. Sometimes they run out of items and will ask you if you want a replacement, which they should be able to update in the app but don’t. I have recieved orderes where they just replaced something with an item, that in the dark with a quick look, could pass as what you ordered (similar packaging and size) but is not even close, or it’s just missing all together with nothing said. Also, they often close early (staffing issues I’m sure) they also don’t always update that on the app, so the first time it happened to me, I ordered, on my way to work, get there, see people inside working, they would not acknowledge me being there, to the point where I was almost last for work, because they decided to close early but failed to turn off the online ordering. I did order some mozzarella sticks there before that were bad to the point that the white mozzarella cheese had somehow turned orange, I went back and they did replace them, I recommend carefully checking your food. If this particular location wasn’t often the most convenient, I probably wouldn’t go there at all.

Food is good more often than not. Check your bag when you go through the drive thru, the staff acts like they gave you everything unless you sit there and wait.

I go here after work sometimes for a quick burger to bring home to share with my dog. They’re always super friendly and fast and they get my order right. Giselle especially is really sweet, she has amazing customer service skills!

I know one of the managers here but I still speak my mind.4 little cheese bites is simple,thats not what I got in 2 of them.always very polite workers except the ones who rush you or mop under your feet while eating.hope you make it in the business world because you are getting worse.

This place deserves 0 stars. Not a single customer inside at 5pm on July -1st, 2025. Went in there and the drive thru people saw me waiting and no acknowledgement whatsoever to the counter. While she waited for a drive thru sandwich in front of the grill. … walked right back out. Never coming back here again,

Went thru the drive thru at about 10:15am, I was able to order a whopper and large fries and soda, I had to wait about a little less than five minutes for the fries. This experience at this location was very good. The flavor was excellent and fresh. The staff were direct and professional. They even brought out the fries and food to us in the parking lot in a kind and timely manner. Will return again for some good BK. Thanks again

Food was nasty, over priced, service was awful. Spend 15 dollars for food my dog wouldn’t touch asked for 2 zesty sauces the lady at the drive through window was rude when I asked for 2 sauces telling me I give you 1 for free you need to pay if you want an extra sauce. Don’t care to pay for the sauce however when you are being overcharged for food that ant worth the money at least they can do is give you 1 extra 25 cent sauce to help kill the nasty tasting food. I will not go back there nor will I ever recommend that place to anyone. Don’t go to this burger King unless you want rude service and to ripped off and can’t even get 1 extra sauce to go with your rude and over priced food you just got ripped off for. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere and get better food and service.
