If you order in the mornings before 9 am you might get told to park around front and wait for them to bring you your food so you don’t hold up the line. This would be fine and I am not impatient.. but if I order in the app at 8 am, I don’t understand why I’m still waiting in the parking lot for my food at 9am. I have been late to work twice, and had to just accept wrong orders before because I didn’t have the time to get it sorted any more, which I get is kinda on me, but it is kinda supposed to be fast food.
All this said, the employees I have engaged with have always been lovely, and they are always so damn nice and helpful. It seems more likely that it’s just either poorly managed, or understaffed.
Also one of my last burgers kinda looked like someone had gripped it, if that makes sense which didn’t affect taste, but was weird.
Placed a mobile order through the Burger King app in the parking lot using the “Pick Up Now” option. The app showed the pickup time as immediate. I waited about a minute, pulled to the speaker, and said I had a mobile order.
The employee said, “Oh yeah, 30 seconds ago, pull up.” When I reached the window she immediately started lecturing me, saying, “Usually you give us more than 30 seconds to make an order.” I explained that the app literally allows immediate pickup and shows the same time as when you place it.
She sarcastically responded, “What do you think we do back there, snap our fingers?” I told her that if I had pulled up and ordered at the speaker instead of using the app, then yes, they would have had to start making it immediately anyway — so her argument made no sense.
She then tried to justify her attitude by saying she had a trainee. That is not my problem, not something I should have to hear about, and not an excuse to talk to customers like garbage.
When I tried to continue the conversation, she shut the window in my face, refused to give her name, and pretended to be busy on the intercom to avoid dealing with me. That’s childish and unprofessional. The food was also poor.
If anyone at this location still cares about customer service or the reputation of this brand, this employee is actively destroying it. Someone with this attitude should not be working in customer-facing service. This happened around 8:33 PM Monday, February 9th.
No lettuce. No tomato. No onion rings.
I go in to ask for what I paid for but did not receive and this is what I get.
Lettuce butts, didnt even have the decency to wash the dirt off them.
Not to mention the beard hair in my girlfriends sandwich.
This happens every single time I come to this location.
If they were busy I might understand but there was one person in the lobby and 4 orders on the screen. Ive worked fast food, there’s no excuse for this it’s just laziness and poor quality control.
