Huge dining area and amazing staff. Everyone was so nice. Honestly, best fast food restaurant I’ve been into for years. I was going to grab my food and eat in the car, but it was so well taken care of that I decided to eat in. The staff was so friendly and, honestly, in good moods. They were friendly with not only me, but each other. The place was spotless when I walked in and they kept cleaning anyway. There’s a single person bathroom and it’s so well kept I would’ve thought I was in a nicer restaurant. I felt clean using it. The store had such a good vibe that I will definitely come back here the next time I’m craving BK. The sandwich was well put together, not like the sloppy mess I’ve become accustomed to in recent years. The staff could put the promotional photography to shame. I was so surprised that I had to write a glowing review. I was having a bit of a rough time and it cheered me up to see such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere where I could sit down and eat. It makes a huge difference when workers are well taken care of. I really hope corporate does something nice for these workers, because they cheered me up and they deserve the best. Why can’t we make restaurants more worker-friendly places? Ultimately, customers get the benefit when workers aren’t strung out.

Got the $5 double burger meal. Food was fine. I don’t like the drive thru interference from Starbucks in the same building. The plaza is on Rt 9 westbound at Lyman St. The traffic light helped with access to and from the plaza. The parking lot is extremely cramped with only a few parking spots open when I was there.

Lately we are in love with the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. This is like I spicy chicken you would get down south.
I would put this chicken up against any spicy chicken from any restaurant. It is delicious! My wife was even blown away.

I need to post this review. I made an mobile order with burgers, fries and drinks on their app. I asked for no cheese, and both burgers had cheese on them, so I had to pull up and hand it back for the employees to remake them. The soda got an app upgrade from small to medium, but I didn’t get the medium. So I asked the employee and she said on their side it shows small. Went home and realized the recipe said (LOYUP-SM), so clearly she was wrong. Also both drinks was suppose to be diet, went home and used some diet test strips on them to check, one of them was not diet. Now I lost a drink. Conclusion, cheese on the no cheese burger, no upgrade and one of them was not diet. I love Burger Kings food, but they need to step up their game. If you asked for customization, ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER. Some other things to add just in general for this BK, they have a great atmosphere to dine in, with crowns you can wear and take on every table. Ordering in the restaurant has a better chance of getting your order right. Food is delicious! Most encounters are good with employees too! This mobile order just really upset me.

Whoever just made my crispy onion whopper jr, you made that with care & it was perfect, and i am grateful. This location is always on point at any time of day & i appreciate it because sometimes im working until midnight & its nice to have a qualityfood option. Many thanks to the team & if yall have any steak in this please dont let the corporates take the crispy onion whopper from us, this NEEDS to be a permanent item.

Yesterday I made a food delivery and ordered 4 hamburger combos with soda and fries, and I only got one hamburger with some stiff and hard fries, and it’s not the first time that this has happened. I don’t recommend it.
