Place is filthy, 0 employees to help or answer questions. Forgot to give me my cup and had to wait for someone else’s order to come up to get my dang cup because there was no one to ask for help. Honestly is disgrace how gross the main room is, scared to see the back.

Had to order at kiosk..no big deal. However they never gave me the sauce I ordered so I had to go back inside and wait close to 5 mins until someone came out to help. Went back to my work truck opened up my sandwich to add sauce, and it almost looks like someone took a bite out of the patty! Oh yeah and the cheese that I paid an extra dollar for..No Cheese! Terrible experience all around!

Rude customer service! Terrible treatment of people with service animals. Ask me to provide documentation (which is against the ADA standards). Despite their indignant behavior, they also messed up my order and gave me fries and instead of onion rings. I was asked to leave the restaurant with my husband still eating his food. Stay away from this location they zero decorum, taste or class.

Sending people through the drive-through and making them park just because you’re unprepared to serve people and want your time to be faster in the drive-through for coporate does nothing but make customers disappointed and upset and angry . You’re actually aggravating customers instead of helping them properly. I was the only one in drive-through. No one was in front of me. No one was behind me. There was no reason to pull me forward and make me park and sit and wait other than satisfying corporate times of the time clock of the drive-through.

They improved the interior I think to rake in more customers. While it looks nice, the one time I ate here I got sick, and while the staff are friendly and wait times have improved slightly, it is still a hassle to get ahold of anyone with that stupid doorbell and a wall in front of the kitchen you can’t see past.

I despise the Kiosk only form of ordering. When I inputted my loyalty number, the kiosk said the loyalty program was experiencing difficulties. So I asked to talk to an employee. After she tried to input my code three times, she said it must be down, but she’d be happy to take my order at regular prices. I chuckled a bit. I asked why they couldn’t honor the discount with a Manager approval – she asked, and he said no, “they don’t control the app”.
Classic Corporate Bait-n-Switch. No thanks. At least the app for McDonald’s is functional.

I had placed an online order an hour before closing time, I pre paid online for my order to pick up through the drive through. Upon arriving at the store, no one answered at the drive through order screen for over 20 minutes. I pulled forward to the window to ask staff about my order. The staff refused to come to the window, she eventually turned off the lights inside the establishment to make me and other customers in the drive through go away. The assumed manager pointed and laughed at the cars building up, waiting in the drive through. I want my refund back for my order. That was ridiculous behavior from the closing staff at the Webster establishment.

DO NOT USE THE KIOSK!! I waited to review as I was awaiting response from Burger King Support, unfortunately I only found the information for their app support. I ordered a limited time item through the kiosk, then was told that they are out of the item. The employee asked me to choose a replacement item as “our GM (general manager) does not allow us to give refunds”. As this was not her fault, I planned to contact support later in the day. Burger King Support did offer me a coupon, but for mobile ordering only. Unfortunately, I do not use my card on fast food apps due to the same reason as I have heard of the same issue of not being able to receive refunds for mobile order items. I do not plan to return to the Webster location.

Items were missing from drive through order, called to complain. Sean offered to fix the mistake and was very nice and polite, shook my hand, clearly takes pride in his work.
