I don’t normally eat at Burger King but today it’s been anything but a normal day so I found myself very hungry stopping off. I was impressed! I was able to get some vegetation and this is the first thing I had eaten since breakfast.
The service was excellent. Everyone was so friendly.
Gas station and corner store and bathrooms were much needed.

My recent experience at Burger King was very disappointing. The representative came across as impatient and somewhat rude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. In addition, my sandwich was not prepared as I requested, and I was charged extra for the mistake. I value good customer service and accuracy, and I hope this issue is addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

horrible establishment and unprofessional employees. my burger which is meat, cheese, and bread only, got made wrong 3x, by the final time an employee asked well idk what’s wrong with ur burger, i say meat cheese and bread, she than goes on to raise her voice about how the back does the burgers and she does not. she than runs to the back shouting and screaming. eventually i get my burger made right, but definitely won’t be going again with that black hair girl working the front with people..

The service was fast enough at drive thru, but I was very disappointed with the food.
I got mostly the small fries at the bottom of the fry bin. My Whopper(R) came on a Jr bun. Ya’ll mucked up.

When you order sweet tea and you tell them this unsweetened and a stand there and laugh at you like it that you’re stupid and I would not recommend anybody to go here. They’re a bunch of young kids and all ages laugh.

Every time I come here there’s some sort of magical force that prevents them from being a full service place. Sometimes they can only make chicken, some other time they can only take cash which is suspicious to me but whatever! Get it together people!

Personally I love BK but this one is definitely lacking. Specifically in the customer service aspect. 3 out of 4 times I’ve been in the drive thru has been “closed” at lunch time. Multiple times my order has been wrong and the assistant manager… well either she’s a mute who cant even smile or just has absolutely zero customer service skills. No apology on an incorrect order. Not even a greeting was offered upon getting to the window or counter. And I have been ignored now multiple times at the counter before being helped by another member of the staff. Who have all been very polite by the way. This may fly with the passing by customers as this is technically a truck stop and I’m sure many customers don’t return often but for the regulars who live/work in the area it’s absolutely unacceptable.

A Sunday afternoon and they were completely out of all beef and chicken. We added up with Big Fish sandwiches. Quite a misnomer since they were tiny and dried out. I may never eat at Burger King again.

Ordered two whopper meals at the drive thru. Only received one of the burgers and fries. Had to go back for the remainder of the order. The young woman who completed the order did not offer any apology or any comment at all. Definitely need to work on customer relations and service.
