Nice, friendly employees. Clean dining area, clean floors. Easy and quick ordering with standing ordering screens. Not 5 stars because there were no ketchup packets only the small cups to fill ketchup with.

Consumer fraud. No toys in the Sponge Bob meals. Maybe the employees took them all. They do not tell you that they are out of all toys right now. All you they give is the free Burger King crown. If they are out of toys then they shouldn’t be selling the meal with false advertisement. I bought a “Sponge Bob Meal” for the “SpongeBob Toy.” ” While supplies last ” means when the toys are gone you should not pretend it is the same deal and sell anyways without the advertised prize and when ordered inform the consumer instead of taking advantage of them. Its like if they were out of fries and they said ” we gave you free napkins as your fries” .Fraudulent practices taking advantage of people and the employees were rude and said they are not obligated to be truthful when I asked about this made some wise comments that I won’t repeat. Ripping off familys with smirks. Disgusting

I used to stop by every now and then for a quick bite, but my recent visit was WILD. The entire bag of food smelled like garbage—one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a FAST FOOD SPOT. When I called to let the manager know (not even asking for a refund), she responded with a dismissive “OK.” It is fast food so EAT AND SPEND AT YOUR OWN RISK but I’m all set lol

Hate to do it. But I’m gonna leave a 1 star. I was picking up an order for DoorDash. It was ordered at 4:22 I came through to pick up at 5am. He told me that it was already picked an hour and a half ago. Which is impossible. How can an order be picked up and delivered before it was even ordered? And then he refused to make it again. I called the support line and they said that he should make it again. I was instructed to show him the ticket and have him remake it. He said no because he needs to get paid. That the support person is supposed to call the store. I’ve worked in stores that partner with DoorDash and they don’t need to call the store in circumstances like this. I was also an assistant manager. He could have easily written off any product that DoorDash would not pay for if the issue ever arose. He probably didn’t feel like make it again. 1 star.

As soon as I walked in the cashier Samantha was yelling at an elderly customer rudely about a drink the customer ordered because the lady asked her why she had two cups. The co worker asked Samantha a question and she snapped and said “you’re really asking my me that question.” Very bad customer service skills

I went to Burger King since my son wanted a burger, and I placed An order on their app before I got to the store and then once I got to the store, I seen this really unprofessional sign, saying they are out of whoppers. I went into the restaurant and proceeded to, at the VERY least, get My money BACK that was taken from my account, and was told that there was nothing they can do very rudely and that I would have to contact the app since it’s a third-party, but it’s called the Burger King app so doesn’t it represent you guys???? I’m good with Bk now. Super disappointing
