Yeah, if you want to wait until next year for your food, this is a good place to get it. Only 3 cars and they had us wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru! Never coming back. I’d rather go to McDonald’s where it takes less than 4 minutes to get your food and leave.

This morning I went into Burger King while I wasn’t feeling well. When I asked for a moment at the speaker, the employee didn’t hear me. I raised my voice slightly so they could hear, but I wasn’t trying to be rude. After that, they made me wait even though there was no one in front of me. This location consistently shows poor customer service. I’ve worked in retail for over 20 years, and I believe that if someone doesn’t want to do their job properly, they shouldn’t be working in customer service. The attitude at this store is unprofessional. At the end I just drove off!

I have to write about the new BBQ brisket Whopper they now have on the menu, I got the Whopper Jr. one to try , I wasn’t too sure how it would be, but figured I’d give it a shot, well I was pleasantly surprised how good it was, I will definitely be ordering it again.

I waited 28 minutes in the drive through line at this Gardner MA BK. Maybe 5 cars in front of me. When I finally got to the window, no apologies for the wait by the staff. Ive never seen a slower drive through. Never again.

Never a negative experience here! Cheap, good food served hot & fresh. Friendly team. Speedy drive thru. Large parking lot with trash receptacle which makes it more convenient for customers who want to eat in their vehicles. I would definitely recommend their Whopper’s if you’re interested in a burger, or Whopper Jr. if you have less of an appetite. Their chicken nuggets are also very good, as well as their chicken sandwiches. If you have a sweet tooth, you should definitely try an Oreo shake! Thick, creamy & delicious. I prefer BK over McDonald’s or Wendy’s any day! No offense to either franchise, as I do like both. I believe this location is open late also.

I’ve been to many Burger King in my days, but none compared to the service that Phil delivered tonight. If Guy Fieri was to visit a Burger King, it would be the one in Gardner, Massachusetts. Phil deserves a promotion to general manager or a nationwide spokesman.

Today, July 13, I bought a double whopper in the morning. I was surprised at how carelessly the burger was packaged. The girl who was preparing it just threw it on the display case and it almost fell apart. But they still put it in a bag and gave it to me. I tried to open it in the car, but all the sauce leaked out on the seat. Maybe the staff needs to be taught how to properly package burgers.
